Funny about perception isn't it? I assume you're referring to OO? If so, it seems to me to have moved at breakneck speed! :¬)

Thanks Supernumerary...still nothing but Its clear by now that it will be hardly a great deal. With the share price hammered down to this level the bonus now is more likely to be in the gradual move back to the mid 20's. Patience required....like another company we both share in.

marvel - I also applied with iweb, for a very small amount of excess - a few thousand shares - and got all I requested. It should be specified if you go to Corporate Actions > History on their site.

EDIT spoke too soon! I just went and checked and it's actually not clear what's actually been allocated - what's showing looks like an allocation but is actually only the application. Guess we just have to be patient - they were slow with SCE too...

Many thanks Boystown...quite pathetic allocation to a relatively modest request for excess shares. Clearly the City lads have taken more than than their fair share...nothing new in that though.

marvelman - it's EQI and I only applied for 20k additional shares; it's a really tiny punt for me (not even in my top 80) that I'm in for free having bought at a little over 8p in October and sold 2/3rds of at over 23p in January.

KMK has confirmed that it raised £13m gross at 15p/share, with proceeds used to drive growth, including their new Biothreat detector, and for the balance sheet. On updated numbers Equity Development's fair value is now 24p/share.

Couple of thoughts from moi:

[1] Even though the PIs might not get too much, 10 million worth of confidence there from the bigger stakeholders. (I'm not convinced yet though what I'm getting, as money has certainly been removed from my account for a bunch more shares... so either the shares are coming or I'm sure Halifax will return the cash).

[2] Maybe the Directors want to give the PIs as much as they can...? If they took a couple million, then that is still less for PIs, worth thinking about IMO.

I'm happy the share price will be reinforced from this level and looking forward to improved trading and a return to 23p and then up to my TP of 30p, which is a 100% from the placing.

Cheers
DM

I agree that the take-up of new shares by the directors is unimpressive.
Perhaps they have lots of options. When I have a moment, I will have a look.

I take the view that any breadcrumbs the City boys leave for us I am grateful for. Patience Boomboy.
