Easy pie..easy..it was Jim who spotted the Nanopore link
I've only seen one other Flir Jim, if you're referring to bio detection units in conjunction with Darpa.
Kromek s if using Oxford Naopore' sounds far supperior...

Nanopore sequencing is a unique, scalable technology that enables direct, real-time analysis of long DNA or RNA fragments. It works by monitoring changes to an electrical current as nucleic acids are passed through a protein nanopore. The resulting signal is decoded to provide the specific DNA or RNA sequence.

From this time last year which was on track to be a record? year revenue wise untill the Covids hit the world.
Kromek have announced I think 3 or 4 positive new products / potential products that should have a material impact on the bottom line.
The main event for me being the bio pathogen DARPA program whitch is weeks away from first London field trails.
None of this is factored into today's share price...just bumping off a 5 year low. But I have sympathy for the recent comments about how long it's taken to come good...maybe 2021 is Kromek's year, let's hope so!

Those hefty trades, at 9.21am-delayed reporting one & two hours respectively, could be Miton's last remaing shares offloading which is good riddance!
Although similar trades at that price were similarly priced. Still whether buys or sells we're picking up volume & interest & set for recovery IMHO

I still feel there is scope here and one day my ship will come in. I bought in three years ago and have averaged down repeatedly but am still underwater by 50%

Quite right slicethepie. The building blocks are in place and the shares are cheaper than ever. There is a strange notion among some amateurs that shares get more expensive as the price goes down. Empirical studies repeatedly show that long term underperformers tend to outperform looking forward. Buy when there's blood on the streets, as some prized investor once said :)

just check the 7 year price graph and dreadful track record of yoy losses.

Dchef. Just to clarify. Was referring to SWG about Spreadex buying in. The investors relieving Miton of their shares are the more normal culprits. Arnab Basu constantly refers to robust trading and a return to normal business activity in recent interviews. Would be very foolish to make a statement like that if its not the case, and I dont think for one minute he would. Just need confirmation of a corresponding improvement in the balance sheet or EBITDA.

QP just pokes the company clearly has no investment interest. At the current level the co is undoubtedly cheap and vulnerable ie 2 czt plants, 40m tax losses, ip etc. If the seller has finished and it looks that way then we should see some upside but real progress needs some evidence that all the big sales talk is genuine.
