Couple of thoughts from moi:

[1] Even though the PIs might not get too much, 10 million worth of confidence there from the bigger stakeholders. (I'm not convinced yet though what I'm getting, as money has certainly been removed from my account for a bunch more shares... so either the shares are coming or I'm sure Halifax will return the cash).

[2] Maybe the Directors want to give the PIs as much as they can...? If they took a couple million, then that is still less for PIs, worth thinking about IMO.

I'm happy the share price will be reinforced from this level and looking forward to improved trading and a return to 23p and then up to my TP of 30p, which is a 100% from the placing.

Cheers
DM

I agree that the take-up of new shares by the directors is unimpressive.
Perhaps they have lots of options. When I have a moment, I will have a look.

it would be better if the co. reported that they are skint and have no orders yet!
then the share price would go UP!

I've had a few grand taken out of my account.
Not showing that I categorically have the shares though yet.

Clearly the insiders are aware of their allocations and are balancing their holdings. Frustrating for PI's.

De Souza said defence departments around the world are now waking up to the importance of sequencing to detect other biological threats, concerned that they were caught unaware when coronavirus first entered their country.

“We have an Air Force and in the US, we have a Space Force and we have a cyber force in the UK. I think we need a Bio Force,” he said.

Thanks Malcolm. I have done all that but kind of you to go to the trouble of informing me. I am just not clear on when we will be informed of our allocations as the Circular which was published was quite sketchy in that regard. Sit and wait then I guess.

They dont seem to know what the allocation will be unfortunately, it looks like a day later after the event, Thursday 25th. Looks like hit and hope.

Log in to your account at www.hl.co.uk and select your Fund & Share Account. Choose the Corporate Actions icon on your Kromek Group plc entitlements and follow the steps. Please state clearly in the further details box if you wish to buy shares outside of your ISA.

Make sure the cash you need to buy shares is in your available balance by Wednesday 24 February 2021 and remains there until we debit the cash, which is expected to happen on Thursday 25 February 2021. If there’s not enough cash we’ll only apply for as many shares as your available balance allows.

Your new shares are expected to be credited to your portfolio on, or around 2 March 2021.

As your shares are held with Hargreaves Lansdown, scaling back of excess elections may not be on the same terms as those announced by the Company.

We will debit the full cost of your election, so if you apply for shares in excess of your basic entitlement and scaling back occurs the cash difference will be refunded to your account on receipt. There’s no definite date for this but it’s usually within a week of the shares being issued. We’ve based this information on our understanding of the prospectus available at: hxxps://www.kromek.com/investor-relations/kromek-gm-2021/ issued by Kromek Group plc.

How many other companies are working on / building similar products as KMK? Are we unique or have we got a lot of competition? If so, then bigger companies with more money can get their products to market quicker than us. I ask this question even though I have taken up the offer and applied for a combined total of 100,000 shares to add to my holding. GLA
