18/5/2021 09:54 | Building materials are still getting through there is a shortage on some materials the lead time has increased upto ten days depending on the materials required so if your managers are on the ball it won't be as bad as some are predicting the smaller companies are the most likely to struggle as they don't buy in massive quantities a lot of scaremongering going on by people who don't work in construction in my opinion | ontheforks
18/5/2021 08:14 | The large amount of green in the volume bars is interesting. The big boys are clearly interested. Either that, or Wally is closing his short. ? | nomdeplume
18/5/2021 07:48 | Very exposed, as all construction is, the big builders merchants in this country are also suffering, the aggregate and bulk cement, seem to be still working ok, but the shortage and price of rebar steel, is beginning to bite big infrastructure, which in turn will knock on | bathboy2
18/5/2021 07:26 | How exposed is K to inflation and material shortages? | stutes
17/5/2021 14:48 | glen Been in there for a while. It can be traded and I have traded it but most holding for important news I will not specify here. Seems we have A WALLY FREE ZONE.I wonder what other companies are getting the benefit of his pessimistic posts. Time to jump in there whatever they are! | sparty1
17/5/2021 11:18 | Hopefully Wally will move over to syme... The share price will move even higher than it has recently. We can leave the nay sayers and COST pro mo team to explain why a fully funded company like Costain is now sub 60 and half the share price of Kier. That should produce another Novella ...an unread one. | sparty1
17/5/2021 11:07 | A growing chorus of positive pundits -- Rupert Hargreaves getting excited because he got one right: I was right about the Kier share price! Here’s what I’d do now | stdyeddy
17/5/2021 09:01 | Don't speak too soon, glad you're feeling the love, but don't get too close, lol, roll on end of year results | bathboy2
17/5/2021 07:58 | Cheers Eddy. I feel the share price is going to do the talking from now. GLA | johnbuythedips
17/5/2021 07:57 | Boredom! What will Wally do with his time now that he says he is giving up posting here? (see post 21598) 95% of his posts have been on here. Any helpful suggestions? | this_is_me
17/5/2021 07:25 | Thanks for everything John, you've been great. It's been a long and tedious journey. I hope you've been entertained a little along the way. Your support has meant a lot. See you whenever. I'm expecting to reduce my activity here, depending on the situation. Good luck. | stdyeddy
17/5/2021 07:02 | I am going to withdraw after 2 years. I will be back at £2.00 (perhaps sooner rather than later). Kier will be re-rated. My comments mean little. The share price is going to go up - there is only one way for this now, Davies has pulled this off. Kier are out of the woods. They are certainly not going out of business as the trolls would have us believe. The sale of KL and what looks like successful raise means the risk is well and truly off. I am not going to argue with a boring idiot who has de-ramped from 50p up, another idiot who is short at 78p and a liar who claims that despite selling from 50p all the way up he has not lost money. I expect the legal team at Kier to hunt him down. GLA See you at £2.00 | johnbuythedips
16/5/2021 19:19 | Okay. I'm not looking for any handshakes or anything, but I'm up for a different tone here (unless it's those other mutts that we've been spitting at for two years). We've got a much bigger crowd here now; there's plenty of other people to contradict any trolls. Maybe we can be a little more relaxed this week. Let's see how it goes. We've got an interesting few weeks ahead too. GLA. | stdyeddy

16/5/2021 17:29 | " naive poster" Something from podgy that makes sense.. You certainly are and you have a big gap in your analytical skills. Your "financial opinion" was constantly banging the same drum and you had the wrong drum on your knees. Hilariously ,you still do not get it. YOU NEED MORE than facts to succeed as an investor.A lot more and you will never have it. Incidentally half the stuff you put on here ( I have read some of it) could have been edited to a tenth of the size. Look up Precis. Binned for good like that other idiot Zero. Clearly an attention seeker who needs and gets responses on here. I`ll leave it to the others to provide you with your "Soma". | sparty1
16/5/2021 13:24 | Your piece falling on deaf ears methinks stdy.. As for "little bubble of incompetence" It is a very profitable bubble. All this talk of £600K and still working night watchman.. | sparty1
16/5/2021 00:18 | And one last thing before I turn in. Here's what a tired but triumphant chief executive looks like after bringing home the bacon (KL sale AND cash raise) to the tune of £350m and turning around the UK's largest regional construction business. I give you permission to weep. Andrew Davies update to the Troops | stdyeddy |
