Not sure if it's pretax or post taxLast time it was 22 months back dated with an adjustment of $25.75m (net $5.75m to JSE)This time they are assuming closure in Jan 24 so 18/19 months backdated for an adjustment of $12-15m (net $3-$6m to JSE)JSE then get the full proceeds of a Feb 2024 lifting - perhaps $50m or more

The 2P reserves for the CWLH asset stayed exactly the same between the two CPRs in Dec 21 and Dec 22 even with ~5m barrels extracted . 100% reserves replacement.The 2C increased by 68% in that year - to 39m barrels.Their intention will be to slowly move that 2C to 2P

im pretty sure that same analyst didnt have jse priced at 30p currently in his past forcasts. maybe im wrong.

Won't carry on with this meaningless back and forth with you anymore.

I hope you and the analysts are spot on, a boom to 90-100p would be very nice for me.

The below 12m target price for JSE is prior to today's amazing CWLH acquisition

Also USD 100mn is staggered for CWLH and net profits at $80b brent for 2000 boe/d will payback more than half of the same over the next 12-15 months. Per PB on today's Webinar Q1 2024 USD42 million payment will be largely paid for by first lifting in early 2024 from CWLH...
