Rock Star,

Guilty as charged, i ramp this stock as much as i can.

My ramping is genuine as i present facts and figures that backup that JLP has turned a corner and is now providing shareholders the best chance in the companies history to make a decent return on their capital.

My view is objective as i was once one of the biggest derampers of JLP. Whether by luck or skill the management have finally hit upon a winning formula, which should now pave the way for positive results.

Whilst there is no obligation to issue quarterly updates in a timely manner, wether regulatory or set out in the companies articles. The precedence to issue them has been set by the companies previous actions and updates.

I have therefore emailed them, politely and requesting that it is published as soon as possible. This company has made some great progress and on-boarding new investors along the way. It would be a crying a shame JLP forgot about them and started to consider investor communications as a secondary activity again.

i am so sorry to hear it is real.
my brother put me in hospital when i was 9 by kicking me so hard that there was a real risk i would be castrated

Question for the trading expertsJust had a request from the JSE, through my broker, to loan 250k of my JLP shares, for one day, for a fee. The shares apparently remain in my portfolio for the duration of the loan period and there are no CGT implications. Would appreciate further insight into this process.
