With 235 million pounds to spend, Morgan Stanley have their work cut out. They'll be looking to buy 355 million shares at todays share price.

With 235 million pounds to spend, Morgan Stanley have their work cut out. They'll be looking to buy 355 million shares at todays share price. Even at a higher price of 90p they'll be looking to buy over 260 million. Are there that many shares available from PI's to buy at just under a pound a share?

And that's before we consider the other forced buyers in the market that need to close their shorts (65 million shares?). Should be an interesting few weeks/months.

ITV not specifically mentioned in Sunday Times but there is a big spread about the British Film Industry (of course ITV studios is a big part of that industry) and how well British expertise is doing in the Oscars...

Assuming a "Rising Tide Raises All boats" this implies ITV studios has some great people working for it...

Its a great positive story about UK film (TV) industry...

"All views welcome, except trolls (those not in agreement )"That is so true, I mean it was preposterous to suggest ITV would start falling following other shares down when Ukraine flared up, or that it would continue to fall upon the ITVX reception and it was only going to up when the BOE started raising interest rate. Of course rising and sticky inflation would not prevent the share price rising.Thats actually what was said on the pleb thread over the last two years. Opposing viewpoints dismissed out of hand along with the 100% gain by selling and waiting for the turn.

Well you have to go a fair bit back for a big name TR1, and they are infamous short feeders

Recent names mentioned, are too..

No typical buy side funds at low

Only gerbils 😂

I suspect you would lose your job by 0815 same day Vlad

JB - Slater closed that thread in 2019! At least that's when he wrote the message in the banner. Can the moderator actually close a thread? idk...

Now it's time to look at reality as posted earlier

Stop congratulating yourselves for a bounce back towards a 150-200p holding average, and try to understand ...

Imo if it helps gerbil psychology to believe that the shorters are as daft at lows as they were at highs, then, that's a good thing really. Helps them through the days

I see Slater has closed the other thread and advised ITV investors to post here. Hades I hope you can control the trolls that infected the other thread.

I see there are still trolls or troll with multi handles, but I guess he has had enough of them.
