26’s are here This fall is gathering pace Very cheap takeover being worked?

the market currently is saying this business is only worth its cash pile. Which is about £180m... So really it only becomes a "Gold mine" once the market cap gets to about £100M OR the company gets a big order (or two).. OR strong hints of a takeover... hence I'm out... I've been a two time loser on this stock dont want to be a three time loser... However sometimes you are "third time lucky".. If it goes to market cap £100M I'm definitely a buyer... But otherwise... it will need some big orders..

Simple fact is that oil and gas are massively more profitable than renewables. Hence an O&G company in renewables shows a decline in profitability in comparison with its peers and is therefore weakened and at risk of takeover threat. That is exactly where BP is now. If they want to survive as an independent company they need to get out of green and focus on oil and gas. They now have Elliot as an active investor, which will make them focus like a laser on financial performance improvement. Don’t need to bother with greenwash any more, BP’s survival is their only priority.

Graham what's your take on the change and doubling of corporate brokers? Could it be as norb toying with, German branch reverse takeover purchase of uk branch. Making whole German with foothold in UK. And with maybe previous promises of grants from German government should they action the plan. Sounds very logical to me, it may involve at matching of funding ie another 150m fund raise to match say 150m from deutchland.Compelling. Complex. December update and launch news of plan and the new shares. And price of them, maybe taken by linde at the first tranche price.
