15/11/2024 18:01 | Many thanks to hannath for the Greensboro news. If it’s the US grants that IQE will get, then the UK government do not deserve the likes of IQE. | picobird
14/11/2024 22:01 | Buyers came in when the share price dropped below 10p. Will be interesting to see if this continues in the coming days | lpavlou
14/11/2024 19:48 | Re 5607, where are they getting $305mill from? That looks an AI article | davemac3
14/11/2024 17:39 | If anyone was watching the trades today there was a lot of chunky buys going through i am calling this the bottom ( Don't shoot the messenger) GLA | dickiebird2
14/11/2024 17:17 | Hannath, as per my link this morning 👍 | longtallsally
14/11/2024 17:09 | The RNS was interesting today as IQE Major Shareholders page had them at 11.53%. This one suggested they actually still had 12.66% and had only just passed 12% mark. igure. Unless they sold to 11.53% and bought back share to go back above 12.6%. To then reduce again. Unless Cannacord's clients are buying and selling each others stocks albeit i don't think that is the case. Volumes getting much higher today so that is a good sign at 10p. | guildedge
14/11/2024 16:54 | Sweenoids view, as valid as anyones, was however a few months ago so positive he suggested 80p by year end so his view was deeply flawed. We have to get out of this mindset of waiting for others opinions and assuming someone who does research is automatically a guru, and come to our own conclusions about whether this is a buy, hold or sell. | longtallsally
14/11/2024 16:27 | Love to hear Sweenoids view on this | grity
14/11/2024 16:24 | 10p ?? can’t believe ime seeing this price, surly it’s going to be a stonking buy soon or even now. Volume up today! | grity
14/11/2024 15:02 | Looks to me like the buyers are back GLA | dickiebird2
14/11/2024 13:31 | What's meaningless is you posting every single day on here. Are you a sicko? | mw16
14/11/2024 09:25 | Meaningless. What’s a 50% retrace got to do with it apart from an arbitrary number. When the large seller stops has far more relevance. | longtallsally
14/11/2024 09:13 | It is sitting @ the 50% Fibonacci retracement level from 20p . (61.8%) is @ 7.25 p which is best !! | dickiebird2
14/11/2024 08:16 | Plus side is that I believe most of this is due to Cannacord selling, and not shorts. I think this is just creating an incredible buying opportunity for the long term. I am even tempted to buy more myself in the 9s The tools and infrastructure alone must be worth more than £90m, and IP probably more. | longtallsally
14/11/2024 08:12 | He's gone off on his hols so not likely to respond. | hutchmeister
14/11/2024 08:12 | Looks like Cannacord is suffering from client redemption issues. IQE has always had a messy history, but for someone looking to pick up some brilliant IP, this has got to be looking very attractive. Cash is always the issue with IQE, so really needs to be part of a larger biz. One for the brave, but could offer a fab return around this level. | smithless
14/11/2024 08:09 | Out of interest Crosswires, do you plan to buy more and if so at what price? | longtallsally
14/11/2024 08:08 | IQE Triad expansion aimed at quality mass-production capacity building Update on this, effectively they haven’t received any Chips Act funding but are awaiting response and expansion is dependent on both that and customer demand. | longtallsally
14/11/2024 07:29 | Cannacord seem to have awful reviews and performance. I googled them and suspect they have trouble getting and retaining clients. Maybe they have no choice but to sell chunks of iqe at this extraordinary price. If you have cash and balls of steel fill your boots. | boboty
14/11/2024 07:18 | Cannacord Genuity sold some | davemac3
13/11/2024 23:37 | Yes but you said"I don't think there's any requirement to announce changes to his shareholding. He'll probably roll over the loan, but we may never know."And that is not true because the first threshold as you like to call it is 3% and the next is 4% and the next is 5% and as mr Nelson owns 4.?% and so we will be informed when he buys enough to cross the 5% threshold or when he sells to cross 4%. This is all despite him bot being a director. So we know mr Nelson is a still significant shareholder - stop trying to scare us with your misinformation. | boboty
13/11/2024 22:35 | He’ll only need to notify if crossing a threshold. Like any shareholder. As a Director he would have to disclose any change. | smorales
13/11/2024 22:17 | It wouldn't surprise me if the company was tapping up existing shareholders for an equity raise, hence the drift downwards in the share price I think they will need to raise £50m which would mean 500m shares at 8p and would be highly dilutive. 6 weeks to year end and we know they get a lot of their sales in this period | lpavlou
13/11/2024 21:46 | Of course he has to inform the shareholders of a change in his shareholding. He owns more than 3% of the share capital. | boboty |
