Bob,
Don't recall where the figure 3 came from but as far as building one depot is concerned it's a breeze. Given that we have had a water specialist on the BOD for almost a year I would be very surprised if plans were not on the drawing board, a list of suppliers drawn up, lead times determined, construction contractors decided etc. If you look at some Youtube videos of water depots you'll find that they are pretty basic structures with off the shelf equipment, pumps, hoses, valves etc. Water heaters may not be readily available but wouldn't take a lot of fabrication.

Sorry SG - my old brain getting it wrong when writing it down!

What I mean is how many bays will be in use, i.e. do they have to build all ten of them, including the hot water delivery, before water can be pumped, or can they be used on a 'as completed and ready individual basis'. In the later case, maybe 3 (or more) before the winter sets in.

ugh!

3?

1 permit = 1 depot, one extraction point per permit.

They submitted a larger permit request but that went over the 4000 acre feet limit.

That limit requires endless EIA reports completed by the applicant. So you go for under 4000 acre feet per permit.

I don't think you can apply for more than one permit at a time, which is why others used their aunty, uncle, and pets dog name, to hide the truth.

They have USFW rights swaps too, if they are still available.

Assuming we get the water permit, how long do these depots take to build? If we are cashed up by a JV then is it reasonable to assume we could have 3 up and running before winter sets in; opinions?

I don't like to say game playing but I think you may be right.

EG

from recent shareholder list an institution has been adding and has 991k shares in the multi managed account.

So you never know what they are up too. Level 2 access given to mortals was always a pain to them.

I'll be tracking the 73 if its' still about, I'll want the blighter if it's around for long, but it seems to keep hopping away from the bid, which always adds to the games theory.

If it's not showing as I understand it, the sell isn't obliged to complete, on screen it would be. The other day it was tucked off he offer higher up, a cat and mouse game, where the mouse may not even exist I suspect.

Before you ask the 73k was there on 35p pre open. The 1297 was on the bid at the same price, hence it opened up with an uncrossing trade of that amount.

It then disappeared at 8am with 8,500 and 5000 appearing at 35p, I have no idea if that is part of it.

In theory one decent buy and they may be gone.

It's called an uncrossing trade and gets listed as UT. Those happen as a single trade for the amount where the bid and offer cross each other in auction.

Perhaps someone else can explain why a price that crosses, which causes the trade, ends up with the name 'uncrossing trade'. Thinking about it, it probably makes perfect sense to you AWOL :-)

Hyde park benck 4 under the willow tree, come alone and unarmed, pick up the phone strapped under the bench, and you will receive further instructions.

Or, I can PM you. The above is far more interesting though.

First a quick test.

What is round and orange?

Aha got you, you thought orange didn't you. Amazing mind-bending tricks by dynamo.

rogerbridge sorry to hear of your Irish internet problems, but here in our
B&B in northern Mpumalanga (up towards the Kruger) we have great reception. Just had to make a 100km detour today to avoid rioting ANC/EFF protesters stoning cars, & burning tyres blocking the road. Come on IOF get us out of this !

Well I was busy planning to add on the 30p as it looked to me like it was about to turn, bought small chunk and was busy, then next thing I knew everyone was buying and it went through 40p.

It does have a feel of as seller done today, or they have moved off to appear higher up

The most uneventful end of day auction I've seen on IOF. The 74k that has been around a few days did not appear on the offer. In fact nothing at all appeared on the offer, just the standard MM offers that have been around all day, there was some extra on the bid though.

So I suspect in that 47k trade the 74 may have been taken out, but it's not all reported as yet.

Let's see how tomorrow opens up.

I should keep quiet really as I'm in the market to add too.

Often seen, when an overhang / large sell goes through, l2 recovers. Why did they not sell at 41p?

See I knew something was up re level 2. 47k trade appeared as a sell and we are up. That's roughly half of the 73k on the offer so I wonder if someone has taken or started to take it out.

L2 strengthened now on the bid compared to earlier today.

As posted it did seem as it was bottoming out on the sellers, but we'll have to wait and see. There may be some £500 punts ready to exit tomorrow if no news, I can't imagine there are too many of them left though.

Hopefully they will stay away for round 2 on 6th March.

It could takes weeks after that day for a result.
