My guess is they only allocated one day, that's how hearings and courts work. So to finish off they had to add in the 6th.

Opening brief and cross-examination on the 19th. Closing brief on the 6th, that's it, that's where we are.

I had a quick read of posts since the 19th. The amount of conspiracy theories is just laughable.

Just waiting for round two now.

Well going on the logic of a material change, no. Keeping investors happy, yes, get that past a nomad then no.

I forgot the short month too meaning the closing briefs are next week so why have one this week then about 10 days later on the same topic. They will know a lot more post 6th.

All they can say now is no change closing brief on the 6th, and they will know, as does anyone looking at IOF, that it's more or less public knowledge anyway.

99% sure fire win for me. I leave 1% due to a horse race some moons ago.

A donkey. and I told a serious punter the thing was nuts, and sometimes runs like it's on iodinated helium gas and just can't be held back.

He had a punt at outrageous odds, as did I. Darn thing took off like a catapult, and went about 10 lengths clear and kept going, damn psycho horse, eyes on stalks.

Absolutely annihilated the odds on fave, until he hit some wet mud close to home, he slipped and fell like bambi on ice.

So a 99% certainty is my view.

FUM finally looking like the overhang gone, I did give details of those funds now out recently like BR at zero mid month and ignis at zero.

Could be on a trend up now but do DYOR.

I won't be posting there or here about it, as I'm going to try trading that one, as my first move into that type of investing. Trading and posting are not to be done at the same time, unless of course it's chart related stuff. I only know chart basics so no charts from me. Basis seems better than expert understanding as then traders get too much info to deal with and then can't make a decision.

Just do it, if wrong, hey ho, if right, happy days.

I watch quite a number of shares and it can be interesting.

Busy BB shares especially with new companies seem to get some weird and wonderful news releases, clearly worded to try and keep PIs happy. Some new and some old one's made some poor decisions on that front in recent times.

Others, mostly those without PI following, don't seem to issue anything at all, and I'm left for many months wondering where the company are in their business plan.

Some seem to try hard to keep folks happy, some give up after a short time, some just don't bother.

I fully understand why they don't bother and stick to the guidelines of when they are obliged to release an rns.

After all an rns costs, us the shareholders money, or did't investors realise that there are charges for each one..

To do so, to get the share price up 5p to keep PIs happy for 10 minutes, is not good money management.


I do my own research, it works as one I track had products with majors and clearly that fell through. No announcement though, and the BB are bemused by the share price slide.


On another I don't think anyone spotted the issue which appeared 3 months ago, yet the BB was very active with wtf posts.

As on this one, I can see a JV in one area that no one has mentioned on here, all due to checking for info on the web. Could be a game-changer if it happened but imo IOF would need someone on board re that, and it's easy to slot into any other JV that may currently being discussed.

Hence I wonder if the potential exceptional year comment, may be linked to that.

So now rather than say what it is, I'm waiting for any line in a release to hint that way, as I'll know what it means. Then I can get some first instead of t trade gamblers.
