Why you worried about this Mates buy intu shares now,new management team has no excuses not selling units at a higher price and easier way, get 574.02 pence per share. Amongst the things you seem to have overlooked, however, is that the lenders (banks) would probably not agree to Intu breaking itself up in this way. As well as debt-finance likely geared to the whole of a centre, the risk of a sell off in parts is that Intu could end up lumbered with the rump which even if saleable would only suit bargain hunters. | trcml | |

04/5/2020 07:49 | When you open a shop, you must buy a freeholder shop or rent a shop ( even online shop, you still need a quality storage ), if you sign a 7-10 rental agreement contract with a deposit and invest on decoration (signing a future ), 7-10 years rental cost = sales price of the shop, are you going to buy or rent the shop? Doesn't matter you buy it or rent it, you have to pay a deposit, as you already invest on decoration, a zero deposit or 5% initial payment (20 years mortgage , the first year rental fee 5% saved already) is accepted by major banks . There is no rental cost after 10 years, how can you say intu properties can't be sold, as 95% shop signed a 7-10 years rental contract.
