Although we do have 7 billion euro cash on the books, what I can see. He could bid, easily. But he won't pay up.

Nom idea ned but still beleive that Norwegian would be positive for IAG, IF at the right price.
Not sure how holding onto their 3.6% helps though ?

Yes I saw that, and it was suggested that it would make it more attractive for a bid ;-)

Its the indexes, buyers staying away, but as soon as they return IAG top the list, with these superb figures today. Soon be over 605p on a decent rebound for the Dow and FTSE 100.

Just a shame boys superb figures came on a bad down day for the Dow and FTSE 100 when the good, bad and ugly all get hit together. These would have been 615p, touched 607p before generally market sell off. Ex div 29th Nov, paid few days later thats nice, quick payment, lol.

High value premium cargo, IAG Cargo remains very focused.

The likes of RYA and EZJ can only dream of such revenue.

Walsh is very positive, arrangements post Brexit will facilitate the continued operation of the airline industry as we know it.

Walsh stated that...

Headwinds more challenging for our competitors, likely to see opportunities with these headwinds.

Clearly Norwegian remains a target, however Walsh is prepared to sit it out, we still hold the shares and are likely to continue to hold.

Increase in the fuel bill is only partly due to the rise in the fuel price, other part attributable to increased activity within the group.

Excellent set of results, constant currency up €121 million for the quarter.

Cargo business very strong during the quarter and expected to continue during Q4.
