Primera Air have seven aircraft in service, I feel that IAG are in a different league!

Perhaps we could acquire their A321-NEOs, these could be used anywhere within the group, although I'm thinking LEVEL.

Not quite sure why that would impact IAG ned ?
They won't be the first , or the last airline to go bust over the next few years.

Another 1.4m share buyback today. Otherwise I think it would have been lower today.

Just to clarify, that does not include the Ladamotion business,
that is all unhedged, from memory.

RYA look 90% hedged atm?, but remember those hedges ultimately roll off,
that's what the market is starting to focus on - oil staying higher for longer.

This is an exercise in managing people's expectations.

I'd agree....Ryanair are damaged goods, although amazed that they only expect a 12% hit against full year profits.

I have no idea why the RYA announcement should impact the IAG share price in anyway at all !
Just MM's jumping on the bandwagon again.

It does demonstrate to me that it is time for O'leary to go.

Oil price will rise, airlines do face headwinds, IAG I will be happier when know what cost this hacking as cost, fine and compensation. UBS I think best analyst if they say neutral from Buy seems sensible,

I think IAG are very well placed to take more market share and can see a change in the direction of this share price upwards and hopefully stabalise around the 690 to 700 range

Ignore The Hype – Oil Prices Aren’t Going Back To $100

www.oilprice.com/Energy/Crude-Oil/Ignore-The-Hype-Oil-Prices-Arent-Going-Back-To-100.html
Bottom line: According to Berman, the trend of secular deflation in oil prices remains very much intact. While Berman expects prices to remain rangebound for the duration of 2018 - at least in the U.S. - it's likely markets will turn to a supply surplus next year, sending prices lower once again.

Good news for BA?!

What about Aer Lingus, Iberia, Iberia Express and Vueling? Ryanair is very dominant in Ireland and Spain, with much direct competition....I'd say less so with BA.
