25/7/2018 20:42 | Nice buy at 5pm 500,000 at 670p. | montyhedge
25/7/2018 17:57 | The press about Ryanair is bad, strikes, cancellations, good for IAG, pick up new customers. | montyhedge
25/7/2018 17:22 | Let's hope so ned, no reason to think otherwise to be honest. IAG saving (and making) money left, right and centre atm. | m1k3y1
25/7/2018 17:08 | Shocking tbh, I believe August the 3rd should be a good set of results, and the French strikes is a one hit wonder, the underlying trend will be very good ..... | nedhammers1

25/7/2018 16:54 | 726 to 666 , drop of 56 ..7.7% drop in a month for no reason ? very odd. I continue to say that the Norwegian holding is acting as a drag on the share price Walsh needs to deal with it asap, or get out. | m1k3y1
25/7/2018 16:43 | But why monty ??? | m1k3y1
25/7/2018 16:30 | Like I said bears in control, for the moment. Fallen 10% last couple of weeks so they must be happy. | montyhedge
25/7/2018 16:11 | ChiefLol the way Ryanair are going they may bury themselves.3rd August the big date for IAG. | montyhedge
25/7/2018 16:03 | Nobody is gonna bury RYN Monty. Tis a monster airline now and, for all its problems, is one hell of an airline.Hopefully Level carves out its own little piece (like Vueling) of the pie in this fiercely competitive world.Sitting on the fence now re future purchases until the dust (Brexit etc) settles. That said i'll add again here if the share price does something daft again (like the other year). The lower the SP, the more shares my divs buys is my glass half full view :-) | chiefbrody
25/7/2018 15:59 | We need the Bulls, cos this share price is Bull S ;-) | nedhammers1
25/7/2018 15:57 | Shareprice getting hammered again, bears in control. | montyhedge
25/7/2018 15:27 | Of course, when airlines cancel flights , they are actually saving money. They only tend to cancel flights that aren't full anyway, or use the opportunity to cancel forward booked flights that are light. This way, they don't have to pay crews either. As for making pilots, crew redundant, that may also play into their strategy, as it presents further cost savings. allowing them to re=employ crew and pilots, as needed on lower pay. | m1k3y1
25/7/2018 15:12 | Ryanair said it was forced to cancel 600 flights as a result of strikes, affecting 100,000 passengers, they should come to IAG, lol, a good airline. But their shares up 1.2%, and we are down 1.3% on no problems, strange. | montyhedge
25/7/2018 15:02 | Agreed Monty ......and I would suggest that others appear to know more about what is going on than we do , unfortunately. | m1k3y1
25/7/2018 14:41 | I suppose we are waiting for Friday week, to get going, interims 3rd August. What I can't understand Ryanair p.e 12 pilot strikes, cutting 20% of flights from Dublin because of strike shares up 1.1%, IAG no strike problems p.e 7 down 1.3% its a funny old market. | montyhedge
25/7/2018 14:21 | EZJ and RYA both in positive territory today ? | m1k3y1
25/7/2018 14:17 | Shareprice 667p against a future cash flow value of £16, according to Simply Wall Street, but of course airlines out of favour. | montyhedge
25/7/2018 14:12 | Lets hope Level the new IAG budget airline, buries Ryanair. | montyhedge
25/7/2018 14:03 | IAG is an altogether different company to Flybe or wizzair. As for his CV.......not sure I would want to employ someone who has been running a loss making company ? Their track record isn't exactly positive regardless of a good CV ? But what do I know !!! | m1k3y1
25/7/2018 13:47 | I hoping 3rd August, IAG figures will knock the ball out of the park. All the other struggling so perhaps IAG picking up extra customers. | montyhedge
25/7/2018 13:43 | Look at his CV superb, Flybe seems to be struggling, they have their figures tomorrow, I expect a loss. Wizz Air today disappointing results as well. So airlines out of favour. | montyhedge
25/7/2018 13:30 | Monty , they have taken on Vincent Hodder from Flybe , which is a loss making airline to head up IAG's new budget carrier ???? Am I missing something here ? | m1k3y1
25/7/2018 12:47 | So my forecast p.e for 2019 is 5.6, surely good value, only time will tell. I wonder how much more on buybacks to go £400m ? | montyhedge |
