I feel that there shall be a leadership challenge, Jacob & Co aren't going to sit quietly on the sidelines!

Markets hate uncertainty...the FTSE is trading close to 7700.

I'd expect some sort of sell off in the coming days.

The Government is in crisis!

I doubt JRM would run anyway. Too clever to be in politics really. Too posh too which the lefties hate.

Buying op if our masters screw things up big time. Eventually they'll be replaced with more numpties waiting in the wings.

Are we concerned about the political tensions? Shall the likes of Boris and Jacob Rees Mogg mount a leadership challenge?

Assuming the bottom does not fall from the market due to BREXIT tensions, in my opinion 726p is achievable in the run up to H1 (3 weeks on Friday).

Breaking NEWS .....Boris has quit!!

Today's rise possibly connected with the 9% rise for Air France KLM, apparently better than expected traffic stats for June, plus a new CEO.

....perhaps this brewing crisis has drawn attention away from a 3rd runway at Heathrow!

Certainly wasn't expecting a 2% rise, what with the government heading towards a Brexit crisis.

Ref my post from the 4th July
Apparently, yesterday Credit Suisse issued a very supportive note in which they increased their target price. They believe that better than expected efficiencies shall drive up margins.

It would appear that Credit Suisse raised their target price from 721p to 895p.

currently losing 9% of the gross dividend in withholding tax. Seems a large amount to me . Be interested to hear if anyone manages to claim it back.

Yes, if small amounts not worth bothering with. One thing about buybacks it does enhance EPS for the future.

If you google it you'll find reference to various forms that one can fill in and send off to the Spanish authorities to claim back.Maybe when my holding is larger i'll look at it more seriously.
