Excellent update to the IGP website regarding their personal identification verification for the US FIPS 201.

Rambutan, we may see your 46p quite shortly - I hope.

I think you came in about the right time. I started buying Jan 04 which saw a rise to mid 20's and then....
50P would be possible if IGP hit gold with the US federal contracts. Good weekend.

glad i managed to get a couple of small top ups over the last week or so. it now takes my total holding to 50,000 shares in this company. really fancy at least 50p by the year end at least.

Igoe, that's interesting that you were unable to top up with a further 6K. It may suggest that there is a buy order mopping up free stock as recent sells still outweigh buys.

agreed agreed. cant believe was able to top up in recent weeks in the mid teens - v nearly at an all-time low - after such an optimistic trading statement and with results not too long away.

Agreed. The price is rather silly imo. Roll on the results.

true, but the beauty of igp is that its the original investors including the board diluting themselves if more shares issued. so, they all got an incentive not to do it unless they really believe is going to add value?

that would be a good idea ram, but these companies always try to get more if they can. Saying that IGP has been very good, and raised any money very sensibly, without affecting potential shareholder value.

remember that there's the potential to raise £310k from the exercise of the 4m wrrs. as they all held by the original investors, im sure that they would be willing to exercise early to raise that cash if really needed?

Thanks for correcting - think I'll give up using the ADVFN details.
So less potential for dilution anyway.

i double-checked the share details last week...

so, CURRENT TOTAL SHARE CAP is
29.673m ords in issue + cnvs (two tranches - see pg20 of ar below)
£982k 5% cnv up to max of 1.63m ords at 60p by 11/12/06;
£450k 5% cnv up to max of 1.1m at 41.4p by 31/03/07.
+ 3m wrrs at 7.8p by either dec 06 or march 07.
+ 1m wrrs at 7.8p by 29/05/08 held by credo.
= 36.43m fully diluted as at 04/05.
and 33.7m excluding the cnvs. ie as wrrs are in the money.

With the positive news recently I think the worst thing that could happen is that they try to 'make do' in some way with working capital and put anything at risk, rather than raising a bit to make sure the business prospects are fully pursued. If they raised (at worst?) say £500,000 that would make around 20mln shares total. Assuming they do move into profit and growth, the difference between 16mln shares and 20mln shares isn't a great deal in terms of eps growth ie. its a 20% dilution, but with a likelihood of eps growth much much higher which would soon make the 20% dilution irrelevant.

Main thing is they've got the cash flow coming good, so its not like these companies that suddenly need to double the shares in issue just to keep going.

well at interims they had £615K in cah and outflow was £451k - from interims.
So breakeven 2nd half..this still gives them 150k cash at the end of full year.
So we are hoping that cash inflow is the next aim.

Not sure if they have any banking/overdraft facilites but a small fund raising is a possible and but not definite of course, which may be needed for working capital for contracts. Of course if breakeven or cash inflow is achieved into next year too and sales do noe begin to accelerate then this will not happen I guess.

why do guys think?

I am very surprised by the recent falls on this one, following some very very good news. It makes no sense at all, particularly when the outlook is better than it ever has been. Slightly irritated about toppoing up at 20p and now it's down to 15p. However, we will have to wait and see what the results bring - only 3 weeks or so now. There are lots of small caps in the same position at the moment.

Bizarre share price movement really - if you didn't know the company you would look at the chart and think there had been a profit warning !

Perhaps the second half is too long to wait for some of the sellers (although there's not exactly a lot of money changing hands).

However, the company has said that announcements will be made on finalisation of contracts, so that might move the price a bit.

These drops always start speculation on placings, but its difficult to split that from the general drops in small caps at the moment. 1 out of my 15 small caps has made a placing after a recent fall, so probability-wise that should be the only one !
