Jailbird, I agree igp should be able to grow organically with the 600K at year end etc. This last week has made me suspicious with the share price being walked down for no visible reason. Imho, and I know nothing, it looks like it could be a placing. Of course, it could be something else, but what?

they had 615k at interims, cash should be more than enough..as outflow is about 500k for a full year from final results.
Remembering they stated breakeven in profit and cashflow terms for 2nd half from trading statement which means outflow will be less again.

Guys correct me or disagree with my thoughts.

And let us not forget, news about these contracts mentioned too!

The price is being walked down on no volume. Placing? All very odd, given that the share price drops when the prospects are better than they ever have been?

this company looks like it got stacks of newsflow just around the corner. thats the main thing. that pushers these aim companies up. at these levels this company looks ready to rocket with the look of all these contracts ready to kick in. it doesn,t take a company with 6m cap to move. i,ve had it before with gfm. and i,m still a holder of them

i,ve just got in myself with 35,501 shares myself. been watching this one for a bit. time to move in. at 18.75.
this looks like a nailed on winner. it reminds me of data cash about 18 months ago when i went into them. is got a smell of £1 plus company all over it.

This one will fly when the investment community catch on to the potential. Until then, we continue to hold and add. Looking to hold for 2 years anyway to minimise CGT on the enormous gain I will eventually make!

just like rts, folks will suddenly wake up to it one day.
as long as they can fund themselves in the meantime im happy.

noticed that in eu spending plan proposals for 2007-13 (yes ok, wouldnt bet the house on them not altering etc!) that they are reckoning on tripling their spending on the area they term freedom, security and justice to 8.3bn euros.

Yes, can't believe that the impact of this has not been reflected in the share price. Everyone seems to have fallen asleep on this one. Wake up to the potential!

"U.S. government agencies have been given until Oct. 27, 2006, to begin issuing smart card IDs to employees and contractors that conform to a new federal standard. The White House Office of Management and Budget set the deadline in guidance issues to U.S. agencies last week."

Just a point of confirmation re the US smart ID cards to be issued. Quantity is estimated to be 7m which includes contractors as well as full time government employees. It appears that IGP are well positioned to gain a share of this order. I would have thought that most of the systems such as MYID, would be in place prior to the Oct 27 deadline, although much depends on how long it takes the card manufacturers to gear up for actual card production.
Of course bidding and contract awards will take place much earlier and this will hopefully impact favourably upon IGP's shareprice within 2005.

Not a great deal then, I expect these will be converted as outlook is positive according to the recent trading statement.


5. Warrants In part consideration for services provided to the Company in relation to the Placing, the Company has granted Credo a warrant to subscribe at the Placing Price for up to 1,017,100 new ordinary shares at any time up to 29 May 2008 (the "Credo Warrant"). The Credo Warrant is conditional on shareholders' approval at the EGM.

6. Loan stock In recognition of the dilution to be faced by the holders of existing Intercede convertible loan stock once the Placing Shares are issued, they will be granted warrants to subscribe for up to 2,982,919 new ordinary shares at the Placing Price at any time up to the existing conversion dates of 11 December 2006 and 31 March 2007 (the "Loan Stock Holders' Warrant"). The Loan Stock Holders' Warrant is conditional on shareholders' approval at the EGM.

I had to trawl thru the back news items. Try using their (IGP's) website. I have always assumed that the loans (5% pa) will be converted. I can't see why a lender would not go for conversion, especially at the knock down price they are offered. Even with the loan conversion, imho, it still makes IGP an attractive investment. Nice to see some new faces joining the small band. Regards

where can I get info on the convertiblae loans kmagre..how much are we talking here?..these are normally converted to shares from others I have seen around.

yump, pretty much the same faces have held this from pre-float.
they never got the chance to get out before the tech crash came.
and they all coughed up to keep their stakes in the fund raising.
not many loose shares around.
but as you say, offers an opp for the likes of us.
