Am I an old cynic or do the suits buy in first and then do the PR ?
Either way don't care cos bought in as soon as that RNS came out.
imo just the wrong time of year, spot in the middle of CGT manouevres - nice for the small investor.

Well word will get out eventually. Cash break-even was the first target and that has been achieved. Next concern is repayment of the convertible debt without dilution and that looks a reasonable possibility now. Looks like next year might see some bumper results as revenue starts to flow.

On the couple of occasions that I have quizzed the management over PR the suggestion has been that they tried trawling the city suits in the early days and were told to go away and make a business and then come back. Looks to me that they are pretty close now..... IMO & DYOR

I bought a few more yesterday. This company needs a PR machine to get the share price rolling. It is a company with "blue sky" potential, sky high margins and a great product in the technology sector, but there remains just a solid band of loyal supporters. Where is everyone?

I was hoping for a couple of lines in the weekend press. One thing is for sure and that is that I feel a lot more certain of IGP today than last Monday. This little outfit is going to fly.

I just cannot believe the share price didn't react better to this....

"Within the last few weeks, we have also been advised that we have been
successful in bids for a major US aerospace contractor, a major UK clearing bank
and a major European insurance group. Further details will be provided as
appropriate as contracts are finalised.

All of these wins are encouraging, although the US aerospace order is perhaps
the most worthy of note given the potential scale of the US Federal Government
market.

This is a major new market that is opening up rapidly as a result of Homeland
Security Presidential Directive #12 and the subsequent publication of the
FIPS-201 standards document on 8 March 2005. This publication opens the way to
the rebadging of all Federal employees with smart cards. This is a massive
undertaking and the major industry providers have started to build their product
portfolios in anticipation of the first Invitations for Tender being issued
later this year. MyID is perceived to be one of a small number of suitable
commercial products and the US Government demands multiple sources of supply.

The Directors believe that Intercede is in a very strong position to harvest a
portion of this market - we have the technology and the US partners either in
place or under late stage negotiations. Furthermore, recent Intercede contract
wins have led to the viral marketing of our reputation as one of the 'best
products' for the job within US smart card circles."

This one is HOT!

I noticed that a US company, Lenel out of up state NY, has just been sold to the new owners of Chubb for $400M.
Some of the logic behind the purchase is that Lenel do what Intercede does - although probably not as well. Our friends stateside know the size of the ID re-badging that Bush has ordered. It is not just the initial orders but the ongoing support etc. Once our lazy press get wind of the almost 'de facto' standard of 'MYID' and the sales to date within US government agencies, we may then read of a great investment opportunity - IGP.

The US move toward rapid smart id card deployment looks to be totally underestimated in todays share price.
IGP are set to enjoy a part of this.

Excellent news and I must admit to some relief. IGP have a couple of convertible loans to take care of and this company is very much VC controlled so IMHO the number of shares in issue may rise.
I do like the fact that IGP are getting good orders from overseas sources, so looking forward, the global potential is large.
Well Done IGP.

thanks Garth,

i thought U would have a fair view.

Your analysis sounds fair. And they have enough cash too, so not
further funding will be needed. Products are developed..margins have increased
to a high level..and sales beginning to materialise now.
