08/6/2005 10:20 | Rambutan: it's always the same 9 or 10:00 AM. Someone nibbling this morning. | ![]() kmacgre
08/6/2005 10:06 | got my annual report through post yesterday. has got a few extra little nuggets in it and a general air of bullishness. what's the point of holding the agm at 9am in the morning somewhere in leicestershire - makes you suspect they dont want anyone there! | ![]() rambutan2
07/6/2005 20:17 | Yep, Agreed but obvious enough float around for recent buys. Cannot get more than 2500 online though...probably would have to ring up for more. | ![]() jailbird
07/6/2005 16:53 | yes, am sure that not 50% in "free float". would have reckoned on only a v small %. | ![]() rambutan2
07/6/2005 16:47 | Let's not forget Mario's 1.5%. As IGP received a fairly well publicized IPO, there may well be a host of holders with less than 3% | ![]() kmacgre
06/6/2005 19:46 | but where are the shares coming from? | ![]() rambutan2
06/6/2005 13:43 | Looks like someone is building a stake..small or large? 03/6/2005 09:45 | Quite possibly Igoe. I can imagine how tight security has to be around any organization that handles individual's financial, domestic and date of birth details. I believe mention by Richard Parris of "phishing" as a reason for employing ID cards which help prevent this identity theft nightmare from growing. | ![]() kmacgre
03/6/2005 08:33 | with mario been the head man for european sales. i bet the 1st anoucement will be a major europeon insurance deal. (soon) | ![]() igoe104
02/6/2005 22:57 | Yes, I liked that bit as well! 2005 looks like it will be a very good year for Intercede. | ![]() topvest
02/6/2005 09:25 | I agree (for what it's worth), that shares seem to have been made available from within the group of friends. Probably a good move for us and as Mario's investment will be based upon his knowing first hand how the sales pipeline looks; a very sound indicator for the future. By the way I rather like this paragraph from the results: "Within the last few weeks, we have also been advised that we have been successful in bids for a major US aerospace contractor, a major UK clearing bank, and a major European insurance group. Further details will be provided as appropriate as contracts are finalised." Hopefully, we will see a steady stream of quality business come in. In each case the word "major" is used. | ![]() kmacgre
27/5/2005 23:03 | Yes, I agree. Wonder who released the shares. I still can't quite believe the share price on this one. Hasn't anyone else spotted the potential for this high growth business with 95%+ margins and a great product? | ![]() topvest
27/5/2005 16:40 | my take on the Mario Houthooft buy is that they've worked it so he now in "the club". someone released the shares so that could happen. which means that no new shares to be issued in shorter term or before a rerating - otherwise would have waited and picked up a load then. ? | ![]() rambutan2
26/5/2005 22:20 | Thanks kmacgre - interesting. Maybe things will change now they have enough cash. I think they have done the right thing to be honest - cut costs and get on with bringing the business to break-even. They have now achieved that and need to work on getting a fair market valn. It doesn't sound very difficult to me, with such a cracking little business! Lets hope they take some action. | ![]() topvest
26/5/2005 09:59 | that's interesting kmacgre. | ![]() rambutan2
26/5/2005 08:50 | I believe there are shares around although the mm's are offering NMS when it suits them and this makes it impossible to buy or sell in any quantity at a pre-quoted market price. This stock is rarely traded and some time ago, IGP cancelled their house broker to save on costs. The result seems to be that our city friends are now giving them a royal shafting. I don't have any real information just my guesswork on this, but to have a stock market listing without a house broker is just not playing with the right ball. | ![]() kmacgre
25/5/2005 20:17 | If there are no shares around and everyone is buying + the results are great, why are we not at 30p? Stock markets make absolutely no sense at all sometimes. I am going to stick with this company for a while. May even try and pick up a few more. This company looks very well set up for the future doesn't it? | ![]() topvest
25/5/2005 14:57 | ID cards misspelt to fool forgers New Belgian identity cards have been printed with spelling mistakes in a bid to fool forgers. The identity cards include the country name in the three official Belgian languages of French, German and Dutch as well as English. Instead of 'Belgien' in German, the ID cars incorrectly say 'Belgine' and instead of 'Belgium' in English, they say 'Belguim'. According to Luc Vanneste, of the government department in charge of issuing the cards, other errors will be printed on the card to further confound fraudsters. He said a similar system had proved successful in the United States. | ![]() waldron

25/5/2005 14:35 | i bought a few more shares. You will be all pleased to know there are none around-try and buy a few. You will be lucky to get 2000 (£360 worth) at the price. | ![]() hybrasil
25/5/2005 14:24 | great. that covers the mysterious cross trade. and if that's not a sign of confidence i dont know what is! | ![]() rambutan2
25/5/2005 12:46 | well if that is not a sign to buy, i do not what is...MMs were filling this for a while I reckon RNS Number:7417M Intercede Group PLC 25 May 2005 Intercede Group plc Holding in Company Intercede Group plc was informed on 24 May 2005 that Mario Houthooft, who is responsible for the Group's sales in Europe, had purchased 423,974 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 16p on 24 May 2005. His total holding of shares in Intercede is 423,974, representing 1.5% of the Company's issued share capital. | ![]() jailbird
24/5/2005 19:47 | Fantastic results. Get the feeling revenue will be rather lumpy still, but it looks increasingly like it's going to be big..only a matter of time. I agree that the share price is just silly. This is a great little company imo and fundraising risk looks like it is diminishing. | ![]() topvest |
