06/8/2014 12:35 | It would still be useful to know what RM's got to say about Intandem being a privately held company on his his LinkedIn profile. | looby loo
06/8/2014 12:32 | Penny, After the Cannes update and strategic relationship RNS Intandem was given a corporate rating by FinnCapp. No price target though. They also issued a research report: Intandem Films Plc (LON:IFM)'s stock had its "corporate" rating reaffirmed by equities researchers at FinnCap in a research report issued on Tuesday. You think you can get a copy of that report? | sonny burnett
06/8/2014 12:18 | No, he is on holdiay, so I only requested confirmation on AIM. | pennysharemillionaire2
06/8/2014 10:51 | Thanks Penny, my biggest fear was delisting so I'm feeling a bit better now. Did he have anything positive to say? | sonny burnett
06/8/2014 09:43 | Sonny, I have contacted Robert (who is on holiday) and he responded by saying that there are "no plans whatsoever [to delist the company from aim]" and that "this is simply a period of change for the better future". Hope that helps. | pennysharemillionaire2
05/8/2014 11:44 | Sonny, Not before the next placing, as it will almost certainly be at a discount to the current market. A friend of mine is a holder so I keep an eye on them for him, as he doesn't watch the market like I do. The major holder selling theory is credible, it often happens in Canada, where those that get wind of a placing sell in anticipation (sometimes also shorting!) which moves the stock down, and then it is discounted further, and then they buy back in the placing at that discount. So yes I can quite believe that. | andy
05/8/2014 11:29 | Andy, Don't know how long you've been reading this Intandem board but I am one of those people and have expressed my concerns on massive dilution here many times since I joined this board in September 2013. I'm a long term holder(several years) The problem is that I think a major holder is taking the price down with or without the help of the company to gain a maximum number of shares with each placing at the lowest possible price. If this does turn around they will make a killing having manipulated the price for months. It's not hard to manipulate this if you have a large holding because it's such an illiquid share. If the LinkedIn status info is correct then we are screwed. You said a week ago that you don't know anything about the film industry and did not buy the placing shares. Are you currently a holder or are you thinking of becoming one? | sonny burnett
05/8/2014 10:20 | Sonny, That is why some people think there may be a placing coming. The share price often drops during the book building exercise. | andy
05/8/2014 08:28 | ORD 0.1P So plenty of room to issue more shares at lower prices. The bucket shop hasn't called me yet, probably too ashamed after trying to sell me at 0.5p, with all the usual hype attached to such an excercise. | andy
05/8/2014 08:19 | what is 'par value' here ? will they require a share restructure and consolidation to get a placing away ? might explain the delay | the stigologist
05/8/2014 08:18 | this makes it look like placing will be sub 0.2p ? | the stigologist
04/8/2014 14:18 | Agree penny hence its a good time to keep tucking some of these away coz at some point in the not too distant future the shares will re-rate upwards IMO from these very oversold levels. | topinfo
04/8/2014 13:26 | My belief is that Chris Sykes was brought on board to help with aquisitions. Things have changed via this new strategic relationship. They are looking for organic growth now. Billy stepping down may be due to personal reasons, although it may also be to make room for a top executive director. Very exciting times indeed. | pennysharemillionaire2
04/8/2014 13:10 | I know Penny its just about to get very exciting and interesting here IMO. | topinfo
04/8/2014 12:39 | Topinfo, These board changes have to be related to the recent strategic relationship with Top Executives. Financial persons out, technical guys in. We'll have to wait and see. | pennysharemillionaire2
04/8/2014 11:42 | Every single thread I post on does this moron above follow me. What a sad individual he is | topinfo
04/8/2014 11:33 | or big placing on the way | the stigologist
04/8/2014 10:51 | This is getting seriously interesting now, big corporate action on its way it would appear!! Exciting! Now lets hear what they got in store for us :-) | topinfo
04/8/2014 10:51 | IFM Looks like some serious Board shake ups going on by RM, out with the old and in with the new. Onwards and upwards!! 31/7/2014 06:20 | We will see PSM but hopefully we will have more of a flow of good news over the second half of the year. | yorgi
31/7/2014 05:33 | Based on yesterdays announcement and the Intandem corporate page on their website, which is updated, Billy Hurman is no longer an executive director. Important corporate changes underway ? | pennysharemillionaire2
30/7/2014 09:40 | Review of board composition following strategic relationship with top executives. Mick Southworth has extremely good contacts with major studios, apparently, would make sense if he was elected to board. There is undoubtably a lot more to this strategic relationship than meets the eye. | pennysharemillionaire2 |
