No dilution is good news for shareholders.

Although I did speak to to RM last week and I had lunch with Andy and Billy in Cannes yesterday.

Sometimes the NOMAD has to play it safe, it is his job, it doesn't necessarily portray management forecasts (my interpretation). Of course, like any small company undergoing a restructuring, if management do not hit their targets, they may need to raise more money.

I am disappointed but I a am also confident that management are working hard for all shareholders. Importantly, Second Origin filming is complete and post production VFX is underway.

Talk up the company? Two days later a 50m share placing at lowest ever issue price!

On raising the money for REAGAN:

"It's a great project that has all the elements," says Mitchell. "We could raise the money easily from presale proceeds, but I want to take it to my investors for the monies."

If that were true (easily raise the money from presale proceeds) the placing would not have happened because 20% of total Intandem sales commission would come in on signature at Cannes.....

I hope you are right PSM but until news starts to flow from our BOD that revenues are rising and there are at least signs of making money then new investors are going to be thin on the ground.

As for Cannes, tomorrow is a no-goer !

I am still plucking up courage to ask the wife for sunday lol - although I did tell her that I would buy her a robot cleaner today, so i am in the good books ;-)

I doubt RM would let it go - it has HUGE potential.

It could be that it was attracting too much attention ! They have probably raised the necessary money and removed it from the site to let the other titles take main stage at Cannes.

I have been told that we now have 31 films on the slate !

Yesterday when they added the three new films they removed Catweazle from both the Manifest and Intandem website.

Seems very strange because in the article from last month Robert was so excited about the project.

It could be that Intandem was running low on cash so they traded Catweazle for those three completed films (two are low budget) so we could generate revenue immediately and prevent another placing.
