Company may be 'ok' but the Share is screwed if you have small time mug pump and dumpers like Topinfo operating in it.

Well as 21trader points out he has been pumping and dumping it all the way down from 6p

I suspect given how low the shares are now they will have a consolidation with any upcoming fundraising to 'improve liquidity'/'reduce spread'

21trader, it was awful I agree but it has changed significantly over last year due to new CEO (ex. MD walt disney UK).

Break of 0.30p+ and we could see 0.50p+ very quickly and with positive news no reason it wont test 0.75p+ IMO.

IFM break 0.30p and 0.50p+ next stop IMO. Add in any positive news and then you could see 0.75p+, and thats just for starters!

Yorgi just have faith mate and news will arrive IMO just when you dont expect it. I have complete faith in RM and hence why I have bought in again recently at these low prices as I think these are way oversold here at just £1 million mkt cap.

Off Topic have a very close look at AFPO. That is about to re-rate this week onwards.

I agree PSM.......always a chance and the wait is "bloody frustrating' :-)

The potential is there to rise very rapidly from where we are but we do need something positive if it to be sustained.

based on known slate and potential, plus remarks by RM in the past (via RNS), there is always the chance of positive news in the near future.

I am confident that management will deliver but in the meantime, the wait is bloody frustrating ; especially as cash is tight.

I'm not sure why PSM made that comment but following it up "Good news will arrive here very shortly, just you wait and see." suggests to me he is not far wrong.

I would love to see some good news here and a considerable rise in the share price but where is your evidence for such a comment ?

I'm inclined to think that both PSM and Sonny follow IFM very closely and if there was good news about to arrive I think they would have found some news around which would substantiate such a comment.

As I comment I would welcome good news but I have not seen anything that suggests that is the case but I hope I'm wrong.

Good news will arrive here very shortly, just you wait and see.

Fingers crossed its next week and we will see a significant Rally here from all time lows when company is actually in a great place right now and things are coming together quite nicely here!

I'm not surprised at all. As I said yesterday, it's just the Topinfo effect.
From the looks of it either some of them started selling again because the share price did not go up again today or Intandem and their corrupt major shareholder are not happy that the price went up yesterday and have started to take the price back down again, because it was not their plan to have a placing at 0,30p, probably closer to 0,20p and Topinfo messed up their plans yesterday....

I personally think RM will want share price to improve somewhat before contemplating a placing so to get it away at a much higher share price How will he do this, well several pieces of good news staggered will do the trick and send the shares up significantly higher.

A placing or any other fund raising is not always a bad thing anyway, especially for companies to grow and diversify like IFM is doing right now so dont worry too much about fundraisings as its all pretty normal anyway.

RM is no fool and I think he is going to show what great progress he has made here and announce some positive news very soon.

You only have to look at the options that were granted 29/01/2014 to show where he sees the share price here in time. 1p to 5p, so at under 0.30p this really is a steal right now.

Mkt cap is tiny and scope here for a significant imminent re-rating is massive IMO.
