Placing is not out of the question, possibly linked to a corporate event ?

A lot of AIM companies release bad news on a Friday.
As long as it's not a delisting RNS we should be fine.
Would not be surprised to see another placing.
Fingers crossed for some good news.

I have a strong feeling there will be news tomorrow.

Looks like there was a leak today - probably as announcement went to market in preparation for tomorrow morning (shameful traders).

I have no idea what is coming - it has been a very, very tightly held secret.

Jeeeez IFM MMs cleaned out, they want 0.30p full ask now small amounts. Imagine if positive news comes out, they will be stuffed!

More evidence today of how the large holder has managed to take the price down to new lows.
No private investor holding more than a million shares would sell at this level.
It is clear that the closing price needed to be brought to a new all time low.

The lack of news from the company now makes me think that they are in on it, or are allowing it to be manipulated for some bizarre reason.

The fact that they refuse to produce any kind of news to support the share price is now starting to look like an indication that they are in on it or that a large shareholder knows that they are running out of cash and want to manipulate the share price to new all time lows so that the next placing will be around 0,20p.

Another example of AIM and how private investors are getting shafted.
Very sad.... very disappointed.

I could not find another link for the AS trailer - the film has a good cast.

I think intandem are concentrating on packaging and marketing the finished film to maximise sales.

It has been in post production since January 2014.

I noticed that it was initially being sold by Carnaby International in Berlin. They lost it, may be due to a poor show in Berlin, and Intandem picked it up.

Shame w lost Abattoir, I viewed the concept video yesterday, could be a cracker.

Another completed film, which I have now added to my previous post, is "Anti Social" by Reg Traviss.

I read an article revently that said it was set for release in September this year.

I agree on the BOD. The same goes for raising finance for working capital. We have several people at the company with city and finance backgrounds on raising money, yet they have been unable to issue shares at higher prices. The first 0,5p placing was issued with a massive discount to previous prices (was trading over 1p after the Cannes update) and it was trading as high as 7p in the previous year. The low placing price was good for new holders but a severe blow to holders like me who were already down when it was trading at 1p. My average was 3p a couple of years ago but I managed to average down to (just checked) 1.3p.

A normal company would (at some point) start a positive news flow in order to get the price to go up and then issue shares at that higher level to keep dilution at a minimum and try to increase shareholder value.

The whole film financing part seems to be shrouded in mystery.
The same goes for Bold Ink.

Additionally, not sure what the BoD do really, apart from collect a nice bonus to add to their normal salaries ?

I initially thought that they were there to help with fund raising, although it has been a year now and not a sniff of a film financed by Intandem.

Pretty good summary of known situation. Another completed film is Anti social by Reg Traviss.

I would say that "America" sales negociations are underway for main territories right now. They have cretaed a real marketing buzz in US, which should propel international home entertainment sales (TV, VoD rights). They hit total $8 million revenues in second week in US.

I am hopeful that some decent "Believe" sales will fall in H2.

SP on its knees and Second Origin, Phoenix and Any Which Way They Come sales totally discounted at present.

We need an update and we need Bold Ink to perform.
