Really interesting board changes going on at IFM. Looks like they are paving the way for corporate action and you cant buy many shares without paying a premium

It could be an official production announcement on Famous and/or Twisted or perhaps news on the new board members.
I prefer a production update because I don't think that a new board members RNS will cause the share price to rocket.

Some good news:

Famous was downgraded to the development stage on 11 June but now it's back in pre-production. Could be an indication that they are close to filming now.

It's not clear what was updated but on Tom Berenger's IMDB page it's listed as his next film so perhaps we are close to actual production on that movie as well.



Twisted has an $8M budget.

Richwater films will start filming "Gunned Down" in September and apparently, "Vendetta 2" is currently casting in LA (bigger budget film).

"Reign of the General" will be released in December.

For information, I have spoken to Anchor Bay producer and he confirmed that AB screened for sales agents themselves, totally independent to Richwater films (WSKTOW and Age of Kill are AB films). Their producer is a really nice guy and like Sothcott, he is prolific at turning out action films. Lets hope he will consider Intandem in the future.

Thanks, am looking forward to the report. It could contain some production schedules as well, although the dates in the Peterhouse note were not that accurate.

As for the board members. Three people left so the three people from the strategic relationship would make sense. Would love to see an American on the board. Someone who can deliver us more US movies with high profile actors and bigger budgets.

My fear of delisting came from the privately held company status on LinkedIn, not from raising money through share issues.

They are using AIM to raise money so no chance of a delisting in the short term, IMO.

The more important issue is who can we expect to join the board over next few weeks "for a better future" ?

Clearly RM is not scared to make changes in the interest of shareholders. He initially choose Chris and Corrine. One of their main reasons was to help with acquistions (I believe), although Intandem are concentrating on organic growth, fueled by a strategic relationship, which is good news for shareholders.

I have it direct from the horses mouth that there are "no plans whatsoever [to delist]".

Linked In page is simply an error. I am sure it will be corrected in due course but now a minor issue.

I agree, when I found that info the first thing I thought of was delisting or a cheap MBO. It makes no sense to be listed as a privately held company.
When you look up other AIM companies on LinkedIn they all have a public status.
