Justin Bartha (Hangover) has recently signed on as lead actor to amy redford's film - PHOENIX.

The film is fully funded by micro film and said to be going into shoot in May.

The previous lead actor was Luke Wilson, although according to imdb he is busy, so it would make sense that the producers have sourced a new lead actor (who is not currently in filming or preproduction) for an upcoming shoot.

The lead actress Olivia Thirlby has recently finished filming and now seems to be free. So it really does look like the film may start production soon.

I thought it was......but no mention on IFM in the article......well I didn't see it.......So I checked I list of titles and there it was staring at me in the face and I just did not "see" it.

Well it gets a good write up so it is good news :-)

10 films that are either in production, post production or completed - quite impressive.

I have a feeling that Starbright is one of the fully financed films awaiting a shooting date - $20-30 million budget.

Hopefully we will get an announcement soon on more production dates. Megans Game is looking good for summer shoot, I think that we may get an announcement soon from their production team.

Catweazle is a v exciting project for intandem with RM in control.

Let's hope Dead Water is still on. I'm not so sure.



While the EFM sales figure was very disappointing, Cannes should provide us with a sharp increase in revenue due to Second Origin sales.
I think total Cannes sales (Intandem revenue) will be around £300/400k ($500/700k). Conservative estimate of course...

I assume the slate has been updated ahead of Cannes FF.

Dead water seems to have been removed, probably by error rather than loss.
