08/8/2022 21:11 | I accept my comments here are not welcome judging by the (lack) of response and it seems that most want yet another positive echo chamber only... It;s hard to keep my mouth shut BUT LOL Firstly. I still sit astounded at the lack of promised news flow here from last November, and also more recently in more private communications. I know the Co monitors the BB and trust they note my comments? Secondly. I come from a traditional manufacturing background. We used to have a bible which included the phrase ''NEVER hang your dirty washing out on the line'' Well after todays ''publicity'' I assume INSG think it is clever to name and shame and hang certain Company's dirty washing out for them? I therefore conclude that most major supermarkets, soft drinks manufacturers and clothiers will NOT be employing a Company, that has as good as zero Revenues, that hangs the ''dirty washing'' for themselves who are Giants (SOME included in the FTSE 100) out for them. The naivety astounds me. | pj 1

02/8/2022 10:31 | I think he's mopping up the sellers, and /or trying to support the share price. Maybe the future funding is agreed in principle with certain criteria attached? Pure guess work though. | pj 1
02/8/2022 09:52 | PJ, Sorry mate I didn’t explain my point correctly Why does he not buy a few hundred thousand (or the total amount he wants to buy) instead of drip feeding? This would save on the expense and trouble of releasing rns’s every time he bought some I can only presume it’s because there is not a lot of stock about? | ![]() judijudi
02/8/2022 09:41 | JJ They have to be RNS'd as I believe as Chairman he has to have his purchases authorised by both the Non-Execs and Nomad to try and eliminate any risk of inside dealing, and the RNS being issued confirms the correct procedure (even if I have it wrong) has been followed. However, to be fair his buys are starting to add up. £333k worth (including other Directors) would have caught the Markets attention normally. Obviously the funding position and lack of contracts is paramount currently. I do see the £333k as a positive though. edit- I do not agree with this but many seasoned Investors believe significant news will not follow an RNS within a month, but I have never had that confirmed by any Broker. | pj 1
02/8/2022 09:20 | PJ, I find it extremely strange Why go to the trouble and the expense of rnsing every time RB buys a few quids worth | ![]() judijudi
02/8/2022 08:50 | I make that a rounded up £333k worth of Director buys in the open market since November of last year. Usually even if it didn't show some signs of confidence it would at least have raised a few eyebrows, but not in this case. Is it a case of Directors fighting to keep the share price at a ''deemed'' reasonable level? The current position here on many fronts is totally bizarre | pj 1
28/7/2022 22:14 | Ah, so your theory now is that the deal with CarVal is just a "Gentleman's Agreement", and not (as previously stated by INSG) legally binding. Well of course that makes lots of sense As to who most likely candidate to sign an extended deal/and or confirm the expected launch times for the existing funds is obviously CarVal, rather than a new customer at the moment, as has been suggested previously a number of times. No doubting the old CEO dramatically overstated near term RNS prospects, possibly the only AIM CEO ever to have done so. Being charitable this may have something to so with things like war in the UKR together with a balancing act of signing customers but not (as the might want) effectively supplying the same services as CarVal are getting for a much reduced price. | ![]() banshee
28/7/2022 21:01 | That old one? Is it a contract? Or an agreement? Why did the ex CEO mis-lead (lie?) to investors? Why have they run out on £££ and are in effect actually insolvent. No-one will sign a contract with an insolvent Company for obvious reasons. I assume you are content with the possibility of the enormous dilution to come? | pj 1
28/7/2022 20:55 | The ex chairman only had 100k shares from memory, so i doubt his profits would last him long. There is a fair size buyer around at the moment holding the price up for now (e.g today), of course it might just be the new chairman (again). If you believe the profit sharing deal with CarVal is just 'made up' as you appear to (very considerate of CarVal not to complain about the RNS in that case), what on earth are you doing continuing to hold the stock? | ![]() banshee
28/7/2022 18:19 | How on earth are they going to raise any funds in this climate, especially with the lack of any Revenues or promises of contracts that have never landed? I fear the dilution to come here will effectively as good as seriously devalue the holdings of existing shareholders. I assume its safe to conclude the Ex Chairman, who managed the RTO, ran off with his profits as soon as he resigned? (or before) | pj 1

30/6/2022 10:01 | Interesting read with good detail - the validation is obviously in the contracts, but if they can gain traction then there appears little doubt as to the scale of the opportunity which lies ahead. The credit scoring analogy crystallises it nicely. | ![]() noujay
