Nico, Do you agree 4+4 = 8? If the Company achieves these numbers it would result in a significant re rate in the share price and prove the business model? By April 2023 we will have a better guide on the above. I'm not suggesting £8m is bankable by April, but cash flow positive is a stated forecast. It changes everything. IMHO this is why RB is supporting with his cash and also a buyer. You're a smart cookie, but blinkered because of a board change. I didn't like it either, but trust the logic behind it.

True to form another £25k buy from the Chairman.

Will the CEO show the same confidence?

Crystal Ambers Results didn't look at all bad to me although I admit to having little knowledge about activist funds. They paid an 18% dividend last year. (from exiting investments profitably.)

Did they also prevent possible fraudulent activity in HUR?

I don't understand your comments nico. '' Ive always been unimpressed with the management'' but then '' I would buy if the old ceo was still here''.... so you haven't always been unimpressed with the management?

Also the ex-CEO is still in the Company?

The 2 Bernstein's aren't relatedBernstein has had a rough time of late and his fund is being closed down ..Crystal Amber He continually buys here ..either cos he's still believes or cos he has no choice cos without his buying this would probably be 10p.I would buy if the old ceo was still here but the last profit warning was bad .I hope this rises for noujay as he's a top fella but I've always been unimpressed with the mgmt here so I won't be buying.

The late flowerings of the garden have provided great relief over these last few months in the markets..No idea on CA position don't follow and AB not related.Agree all helps and positive to see further immediate incoming revenues whilst at the same rationalising the cost base whilst we await the bigger fish.

Noujay: you are probably better informed (I am just a poor slovenian gardener) so can you please comment on:

- RB is having problems at CA (possible closing down). So he needs possible new career - would INSG be it?
- is RB related to Bernstein US fund manager where INSG hopes to make its first BIG deal?

PS: RNS every little helps - not for money as much as for reputation and setting industry standards

Good article here about what you refer to - fairly nuanced and highly politicised, particularly around the mid term elections. Consumers though increasingly want to know more about the companies funds invest in on their behalf so ESG not going away. Might be about to grow up/start to standardise though and that will certainly suit here.https://www.politico.com/amp/news/2022/11/01/republicans-sustainable-investing-midterms-00064326As for the database side of the business. They have the companies set up now which is the heavy lift. Now that part is complete the ongoing and increasing disclosures should flow into the database with little additional effort.

Judijudi - I was sarcastic. Bernstein is life support and not fair to blame him. imho

I am much more concerned - what no one pointed out yet as far as I know - an uproar against ESG UN mega banking guidelines implementation lawsuits in some states of A ...

INSG has a huge data base (2,5k companies plus) being updated - how often? is it done at low cost?

Interesting read thanks for posting. Whether for the retail investor wanting to clarify what a fund is invested in, or as a supporting component of asset managers due diligence when deciding where to deploy funds (plus ongoing performance monitoring thereafter), granular datasets/systems provided by companies such as Insig AI will become important differentiators. CarVal evidently recognised this early...

I think one might look at this section of the rns for reasons why some posts might be somewhat unfriendly?"Having now achieved critical mass within the 'stocks universe' with our repository and the resultant reduction in headcount and other costs noted above, the Board is able to prioritise and accelerate the timeline to expected profitability of the Group. "Specifically headcount reduction ?

Hostility towards RB? I haven't noted any. I'm usure why kaos3 states what he does, has he posted here before?

I think everyone recognise the Co wouldn't be in existence without RB's financial and investing inputs.

That doesn't hide the fact though that the information currently before PI's raises a lot of questions, confirmed by the simple fact the RNS's are not attracting any investors in?

Yes the hostility towards him here is bizarre, he is doing much more than the average chairman. What allows him do this of course is the first annual payment from Carval which will more than cover any debt by itself.

I have feelings for RB. He finance the co. Every one gets his wage. He is using his connections to sell. One man show in reality. And we all hate him for his efforts. This capitalistic pig. Doing it all including financing almost by himself. And he has no success. What a loser
