shrewd,
Where are these buyers who are mopping up?

There are a few key buyers mopping up imho.

Talk of carnal deal making £2m pa is way off. Each fund/product of which there are several should make several million each.

Darkest before the dawn. I took part in the raise at 67p so it is painful but if I was given this opportunity at low 20’s would I top up. Very much so.

Investors are highly leveraged So as shares collapse they are forced to sell as they can't afford to fund the account even at 75pct margins I expect a rally up to 30p where so will offload my small amount of shares.RB must be inside not to have bought any last week unless he was the 21p buyer ?

Or an ex Director

Why have they not yet replaced the 2 resignations?

Key question

It's not rocket science 1/ the seller had more than 480k2/ the seller sold at 23p day before at a discount 3/ v likely seller now finished4/ market may still have 200k to sell but shares likely to rise now 5/ v likely a margin call the way the seller wanted to sell at any price 6/ probably not insider dealing just a seller based on margin callEnd of

The fall in price has been linked to a fund raising, since they are often prefigured by such a scenario, but IF the share price movement is caused by a distressed seller that interpretation may be less likely statistically, though it could still be happening independently. Overall not rocket science.

I fail to see how share buys or sells are directly related to any fund raising?

Significant Share sells before any fund raising is inside dealing. That does not affect to actual finances of the Co, they either need cash or not. That's based on the balance sheet and future cash flows on the Co, not if people are buying or selling

Some Co's are ramped before a fund raising.

This could still be related to the wages of SYN so to speak, if say a spread betting/cfd co forced the sale of the shares to meet obligations, or it could be something completely different, no way of knowing. In any event, it does reduce the odds of an imminent fund raising a little imo.

Or reduce.

18p fits the price movement better imo and doesn't require any assumptions, some earlier sales at higher prices may also be from the same distressed seller of course. 18p would hardly be suprising for an amount that size, in this illiquid stock, in the current market imo, even if the Sp was officially 25p+, for a seller who had to get out. Plus today's stock had to be supplied from somewhere, ideally at a profit from an MM perspective.

I suspect its a fat finger and the actual sale was 28p?

However, a large trade posted is often an indicator the seller is out, although the overhang can still be there as the MM;s hold the remaining stock.

The Company will be well aware of anyone who held 480,000 shares.

A placing would explain the lack of Director buying 'recently', they will be subscribing to the placing instead I assume. It might have been brought forward (to before the mooted April note, the logical time to do it) and/or discounted because of concerns about the situation in UKR getting worse. Only the option ann looks a bit odd if that is the case. So all in all, probability of imminent placing 90%+ imo.
