Nico - might be gutsy call but your effectively buying blind especially with no support base. Its on x20 valuation based on turnover which is a bit OTT. I'm gonna wait for the fund raise before taking a view. This may need a few fund raises before the revenue sharing agreements with carval etc start kicking in.

lol there must be Russian share holders on the list me thinks. However more likely is the fact that they are burning approx £2m every 6 months and had cash of approx £2m (edit forgot the tax rebate of £0.7m) at the end of Sept 21.

I suspect the market had been giving them the benefit of the doubt but the lack of orders in Q1 2022 means business may be running low on cash which normally always means one thing - discounted cash raise.

Some may have put 2 and 2 together and other insiders may have wanted to exit before joining the cash raise.

1m turnover. negligible cash. £20m mkt cap seems very pricey. Might be worth a nibble once they get the fund raise sorted (albeit pure speculation on my part)!

The same move happened yesterday over at Parsley Box, they then had the temerity to claim that the placing announced this morning had been done at a premium to the previous days closing price!

According to various hints they have dropped the recent contract with Carval should be worth that or more annually, but you will need to see that in writing in the note supposedly due next month to be sure. Of course they also need to cover their costs. A p/e of 10 would be very low for an AI stock with rapidly growing revenues.

nico. Some holders have averaged down (quite significantly) and within the last month.

The seller seems determined and eager to exit/ reduce though, regularly taking below the bid.
