it,
I don’t want, nor did I ask for, nor do I need your advice on what to do or what not to do with my shareholding so kindly “do one” with your advice.
I want the company to guide me not some stranger on a free bb who’s advice I neither want nor asked for!
At the moment the guidance from the company is pitiful, the deal pipeline woeful, the PR abysmal, the sales figures appalling, the marketing dire and thus the share price is bombed out!
And until I see a material change in all the above and hopefully a re-rate of the share price I will continue to post my grievances
All in my humble opinion

JJ.I do not understand why you just don’t sell your shares and reduce the apparent aggravation that this company is giving you..

Well, yes, lets hope so......but the big risk for example no news for a month, share price crashes in to the 20's , then some good news and it rallies to 30p.

I've seen it so many times.

That's confidence! Guy at the top is backing this in shares and loans.

Patience still required, but I feel its a good hold/average down

I expect the usual pinhead conspiracy theorists will be along soon to explain how it's all a cunning plan to avoid inheritance tax by having nothing left to bequeath, but my personal theory is that he just keeps buying to annoy some of the posters on this thread.

Banshee - for me, its about the entry point and being sure that any fund raise is sufficient for them to reach break-even incase they need to fund raise again (and again). I'm not saying they will, but £1m loan will need to be repaid or converted this year and in itself won't be sufficient. But, as someone who works as an FCA regulated individual, I fully understand how a few large deals based on AUM will have a transformational effect in the longer term. So happy to wait and watch.

Probably best for you to sell then, the short termism on this thread remains pathological, and TBF no indication any compelling, or even annouceable, news in the next few months at least, save possibly a few hundred k from the sale of the Sport subsid and the 800k tax rebate.

One thing about profit sharing deal with the likes of Carval is that once the percentages are agreed the projected income figures should be more, not less, reliable than normal forecasts as history gives a good guide to the likely size of the funds, though I imagine the higher, later figures are dependent on assumed future additonal Carval fund collaborations.
