04/3/2022 16:47 | A great day here for many Investors. It's level and is the star performer in my Portfolio. | pj 1
03/3/2022 15:22 | I would guess they may have overestimated the speed that revenues would come in from the types of ambitious deals they are chasing. The fleshed out agreement last week may generate several million dollars annually over time, but probably revs won't kick in before calendar year end from the text. Delays hardly unusual for an AI co though. We are still wating for the "multiple deals" to give substance to next months note, but the move down from the 50p bounce, not sure if it's purposeful or a conflict afterthought after the initial sharp negative impetus from SYN. Lemming doesn't seem to have issued an update on last weeks news unless I missed it, which is rather curious. | ![]() banshee
03/3/2022 15:17 | I wonder if Bernstein would have become Interim Chairman if he didn't have such a large holding? Obviously new Directors are not being appointed here for a reason(s), it's taken far too long. | pj 1
28/2/2022 14:33 | It looks as if @nico will get his buy in target. | pj 1
26/2/2022 18:53 | Why oh why are few mentioning the Director bail outs? They are massive red flags on their own Why no replacements? What was the last RNS worth tangibly at this moment in time ? Sweet FA. | pj 1

26/2/2022 09:04 | Surprising that a non regulatory announcement about effectively a marketing programme causes more of a stir than a long term recurring revenue partnership. What is frustrating is the lack of financial colour in these releases and on that I am in complete agreement. This needs to change and quickly. The upcoming formal update with KPI's will be instructive and presumably they will provide some forecasts, hopefully in tandem with a supporting note from the broker. | ![]() noujay
26/2/2022 08:50 | Noujay, Why is it surprising? “substantial And very very few potential investors have ever heard of Insig There has only been an odd podcast/presentation here and there Until we get more visibility and/or we see officially how well (hopefully) we are doing financially, this is going nowhere much imho | ![]() judijudi
26/2/2022 08:15 | Well my thoughts are quite simply that a long term partnership with a high performing and well thought of US asset manager will not only deliver sustainable (management fee participation) long term revenues for a young company in a highly exciting and relevant space, but also offer a catalyst for further deals with other asset managers of a similar nature.Given that the PwC update jolted the price, something highly positive but ultimately an enhanced networking opportunity, the muted response to inking a partnership deal such as this yesterday is, to me at least, somewhat surprising. Just my view. | ![]() noujay
25/2/2022 20:51 | Little to non-existent information yet again in the RNS to help investors value the Company. As JJ says, a Company with previous negligible revenues, and a sky high valuation, to issue a ''substantial'' statement is valueless on the basis that 1 +100% = 2 Add on 2 unreplaced Directors where the time frames are now getting concerning as well as embarrassing, and It's no wonder the market is questioning the validity of the (still very recent )RTO. What happened to orderly handovers, is INSG unaware they exist? Noujay, please enlighten us on why you think it is '' more significant than is perhaps being recognised''? What have we missed? | pj 1
25/2/2022 20:37 | I’m not surprised in the slightest | ![]() judijudi
25/2/2022 16:18 | Surprised at the muted response, this update looks to be more significant than is perhaps being recognised | ![]() noujay
25/2/2022 07:58 | No figures but looks like a bit of half decent news Depends what “substantial Pity nobody is aware of us 😩🤦 | ![]() judijudi
21/2/2022 13:47 | Don't see a placing but there certainly is plenty of cross interest here and the unfortunate news from Synairgen will have put some under pressure. | ![]() noujay
21/2/2022 13:29 | That is possible, but just as much, if not more so, from the timing, is some early distressed selling post SNG results - as there seems to be some cross interest. INSG is a not a good stock to be a distressed seller in at the moment. Also the situation in the Ukraine is hardly a stabilising factor. In any event we should be moving into to peak Q1 news probabilty time now, assuming events have not delayed it. | ![]() banshee
21/2/2022 13:16 | Has the feeling of a placing in the works... | ![]() yasx
