18/8/2024 10:05 | No, it won't! The Company does not intend to appoint a replacement nominated adviser and the Cancellation is therefore expected to take effect at 07:00 a.m. on 2 September 2024. | outlawinvestor
17/7/2024 10:34 | Hopefully this will never return from suspension... | tradertrev
29/2/2024 14:32 | So the total debt outstanding including accrued (and still accruing at high rates) interest is $394m. If they get a quarter of that for the DLI assets I would be surprised. I can't believe this company is allowed to continue when it is so clearly incredibly insolvent. Meantime the managers continue to collect huge management fees. | tradertrev
17/9/2023 08:43 | Noirua - 27 Feb 2020 - 13:16:28 - 1405 of 1416 Infrastructure India (IIP) - IIP Seems a long time since I sold out between 3.5p and 3.85p. It was a profit that was a longtime arriving. News of any substance is quite rare and the coronavirus and troubles in India are a poor backdrop. Not sure when to reenter because others may sell up and drag it down further. ----- The share remains a wild punt and those who run the company an equally wild gamble. If you believe the directors some might say more fool you although the share price does throw up good opportunities to make a buck or two but expect as usual a sleepy ride that suddenly becomes a Bucking Bronco with defensive Market Makers. | noirua
07/9/2023 10:15 | Never known it so hard to sell a stock "no regulatory documents"...no fill or kill ...no limits...took ages on the phone just to sell 150k at 0.6p I think there is value here but what is the point of holding if they will not let anybody buy the stock it will never go anywhere so with the bid up 200% I took some profit, trying to sell some more not sure if it will go through, better off with the cash and use it elsewhere | dave4545
06/9/2023 15:19 | Weird they are taking the sales Must admit I'm confused to all of this. Also you cannot buy or sell this online hence why nobody is chasing this up because any stock up 200% would have the traders all over it. bozzy Is it not a case of seeing what their new % stake in Pristine group is worth first ? clutching at straws a bit, could sell at 0.6p as well but decided to wait and see what is what | dave4545
06/9/2023 14:09 | Quick back-of-stamp calcs... Asset valued at £181m is sold for £7m, realizing a loss of £174m Company net liabilities increase from £85m to an eye-watering £259m How is the equity worth anything? | bozzy_s
06/9/2023 13:02 | Here's Yr chance mate | reidy66
31/5/2023 08:03 | Hold a few in iii would sell out on a spike, think might get one eventually on a sale of assets. HL do not let anybody play this stock "As announced on 28 February 2022 and periodically thereafter, IIP is engaged in discussions with several third parties (including advanced discussions with Pristine Logistics & Infraprojects Ltd) regarding the potential sale of its largest asset, Distribution Logistics Infrastructure Limited, although no definitive agreements have been signed. The Maturity Extension enables IIP to continue working towards completing a transaction" Market cap is tiny here so if they manage to sell largest asset and cover all debt and even leave a small amount of cash it could still be multiples of market cap so I see no reason to sell at 0.2p so close to zero anyway | dave4545
21/12/2022 08:05 | ha ha love these mm's Online 0.2-0.387p robbery they were bidding 0.415p yesterday. | dave4545
21/12/2022 07:49 | Well they were never going to be pretty but if you are holding you might as well hold for the sale of Assets. Might get a surprise and a return a few multiples of current price. They still reckon if they sell it all and pay off the debts there will be a surplus here in excess of current market cap. mm's have opened it down. I have 300k, might as well hold it, I'm not selling it for under £1k | dave4545
16/12/2022 09:00 | You now have your answer Catabrit - net liabilities as at 31/3/22 and the management fee still being charged while you wait (interminably I suspect) for the DLI transaction and the (vanishingly small) possibility of a contingent payment which might take the NAV above zero. | tradertrev
01/12/2022 13:37 | Another day, another lottery ticket in nano cap land. So we have a £3m market cap vs a £70m NAV? Even assuming a massive haircut, we're still looking at anything from 2-5x. Are they going to liquidate the co post receipt of the funds? I thought the wording of the RNS was super interesting: it suggested that they were anticipating funds in excess of what's owed to creditors. Need to do a bit more digging on the quality of the assets owned. This feels incredibly asymmetric at such a paltry market cap vs GAV and NAV. Unlike some of the asset-less retail and internet co's that people seem to be punting on (Made, Meal, Joules etc etc) this has tangible hard backing. Yes it has debt too but there's a tonne of leverage to benefit from at £3m market cap. | catabrit
30/11/2022 10:09 | Who day trades £30's worth ! 5773 pays 0.5p yesterday and sells for 0.4165p today | dave4545
21/11/2022 16:46 | Market cap now much less than one year's management fee. Hahahahaha! | tradertrev
08/12/2021 22:55 | Company needs to raise new capital to keep paying the egregious management fees. Just let it go bust! | tradertrev
08/12/2021 10:46 | Hargreaves will not let me trade these now, would have threw £1k at them at this low | dave4545
12/10/2021 11:15 | Odd - a couple of 100000 buys marked as sells. Buying price around 0.77p. Will it ever recover or just go bust as everyone expects? They have some decent income from their utilities but debt is horrendous Their infrastructure transport project seems ready for lift off when India starts a pandemic recovery. But will it? I'm taking a chance at this price | rightnellie
14/9/2021 07:22 | Only one way the NAV is heading - down and fast! Should not be a listed company. | tradertrev
09/8/2021 08:22 | It's been a good earner in the past. A few times I made over 100% on this one. Sadly we all knew this was coming when that massive covid wave hit India this year. They will get the funding, too many people already in this one deep from previous fundings But not worth touching for now for us pi's | dave4545
09/8/2021 08:18 | No holding here , this has all the hallmarks of nothing left for shareholders and the assets held by someone else. | escapetohome
09/8/2021 07:46 | Very weak RNS - Running out of cash As at 31 July 2021, the IIP Group had unaudited cash and cash equivalents available of $4 million, including certain cash receivables. This amounts to approximately 5-7 months of runway for the Group. The Board is currently evaluating options and is exploring alternative sources of financing with third parties and further announcements will be made as and when appropriate. | tomboyb
12/5/2021 10:13 | Is there anybody there...........? Presumably the last one out has already turned the lights off | rightnellie
05/3/2021 12:02 | whoosh today...any reason ? | dave4545 |
