Just bought some. Probably my riskiest share. Is is going bankrupt with all that high (& rising) debt ( with 15% interest rate)? Or will the business (logistics - rail, road & ports) & energy it has managed to steadily build come through and deliver (in a pandemic!!) I am taking the risk - perhaps there will be a reward!!

tradertrev...you are right. This is dire. The question though is all this in the price at one penny? I think 2.5p is a fair target here ....def a punt and the stock usually has a good spike from over 2p to 4p. Someone might buy it out one day at a good premium. I think a lot is in the price at a penny .....not worth too much cash. Its a strange one .

Over on the other board, in response to a comment that management seem fraudulent, dave4545 asks in what way.
My answer posted there and repeated here in anticipation of him removing it:
"in answer to your question dave, in the way the executive directors own the management company which is paid an enormous annual fee as a % of the market cap (about 50% currently), are on a rolling 3+ year notice period and have no incentive other than to keep the company going to keep paying the management fee. It's all there in black and white."

Agree that results look OK. NAV down a bit but at 15p compared with share at 1.25p to buy just now seems a crazy discount. Look beyond short term covid negatives and 1.25p will look a steal. I already had all I wanted running for free but couldn’t resist adding a few more at 1.25p. As soon as a few more cotton on to the potential upside case next year, the share could bounce very fast. A case for getting in now ahead of that rather than paying double or more once it’s clearer than it is now that prospects are getting better.

e.g Note this bit from their update today:-

“Work at the terminal in Bangalore was largely completed during the period and DLI anticipate commencing initial operations in Q1 of calendar year 2021. Work in the NCR and at Chennai is focussed on site access and other approvals, following a long period where work was on hold due to lockdowns and other local restrictions. At Nagpur, all Phase II work is complete and DLI has now received regulatory clearance from Indian Railways for the Private Freight Terminal.”

Could have been a lot worse.

Basically it's all long term recovery and they have a £30 mil buffer to keep them going until things improve and logistics business gets back to normal.

Looks heavily oversold to me.

Why the down votes for sensible posts? dave545’s post is factually accurate. There’s nothing in it to justify a thumbs down.

Interim results any day but probably next week.

Always a gamble but when they announce the NAV on previous results the shares have gone nuts and this time the price is near rock bottom 1.275p offer, I might even take some more myself that it spikes and gets chased up on results day.

Once it starts to earn and pay down the debt mountain it will rerate Ark87

Like many it's business's in India have been affected by Covid so for now the gap will remain large between current share price and NAV but I still think it should be a little higher, say 4-5p not 2.3p

It's all a case of patience.

And yes penny stocks seem to only move now because of twitter, it's sad it's all come down to this now.

Can anyone explain why this share is so unloved? No Volume, very few posts on forums and massive gap between NAV and shareprice.

I bought in at 0.9p and 1.2p and had a few top ups and it's now 2.4-2.7p

Assets of £300 mil v debts of £175.

That leaves £125 mil which is 7 times the current price.

Think I will hold trev

Strongly recommend anyone contemplating a purchase here reads the audit report.
Their independent valuation expert disagrees with the discount rates used in the fair value models. Using the expert's rates reduces NAV by £76m, or 61% to £48m. And that's before the uncertainty about the inputs used in the DCF models:
"In respect of the high estimation uncertainty we note that the auditor's independent expert reported that, owing to the forward-looking nature of the projections and the lack of past performance history and financial information, they were unable to corroborate certain key unobservable inputs in the projections, such as expected start date of commercial operations, market size, market share, price points, forecast annual growth rates and EBITDA margins and operational efficiency estimates. These projections are based on management estimates and actual results could therefore differ materially from the amounts presented in the financial statements."
I have no position here - this should not be a publicly-listed share IMHO.
