18/12/2019 23:26 | It does look as if patience is needed here at IIP and not helped by having the worse MMs on AIM. The company is quickly recovering with its NAV reversing to be sharply more positive. The company starts off well at the beginning of 2020 and all systems go by the end of the year. | noirua
18/12/2019 12:25 | 136k bought mm's still refusing to play at all. Not take much more buys to get them to run for cover. I reckon there is less than 10% free float in this stock. | dave4545
18/12/2019 10:49 | Looking good for 2020 as the company turns itself round. Middle price of 2p is a 91% discount to NAV at 22p a share. Would suggest not paying more than 12p a share with a discount to NAV of 45% at that point. --------- The terminals at Bangalore and Palwal are both expected to be completed and to commence initial commercial operations by the end of the current fiscal year. Works at Nagpur, including a Private Freight Terminal ("PFT") and additional warehousing should be completed before the calendar year end. DLI is actively marketing the PFT and DLI expects an uptick in bulk cargo volumes as these facilities ramp up. Nagpur has expanded commodity freight with the addition of sugar and cotton exports during the period and the terminal maintains strong market share of the export-import market of around 40%. Completion of the terminal at Chennai, along with its Free Trade Warehousing Zone, is expected to be later in 2020, as the team work through the regulatory approvals required for the facility. | noirua
18/12/2019 07:57 | Nice update so at least we should get some action today | dave4545
17/12/2019 14:14 | Course they do not want to push it up they know there's still a few get rick quick spike chasers that will bail out at 1.64p If everybody held a stock this would have been around 5p now | dave4545
17/12/2019 14:12 | True Spread is 1.6428p - 2.25p, true spread of 27%. MMs reluctant to trade at all and a disgrace to AIM. | noirua
16/12/2019 15:21 | Buyers paying 2.3-2.4p Friday and sellers today bailing for 1.755p mm's send their thanks. No wonder they never tightened the spread on Friday, too many impatient idiots who cannot hold a stock give them their stock back for a handsome profit. | dave4545
14/12/2019 13:30 | Was looking at the spike in Aug 18, the price intraday got to 7.75p The business is doing better again and the NAV is 22p with lots of debt but all in control. Seems fair to set a target of 5-8p now. Lets hope nobody bails out the mm's below 2p again, if everybody holds tight you'll make a great profit here | dave4545
13/12/2019 12:32 | To me it looks like BID could bounce back soon - | tomboyb
13/12/2019 12:32 | But this is a decent company and it's a low free float. It will spike again, maybe today mm's only offering 75k at 2.4p now | dave4545
13/12/2019 11:34 | Anything is possible - Casino at the moment with all tiddlers - Last interims better than expected for IIP - | tomboyb
13/12/2019 10:52 | N/T to buy tomboyb mm's not flushing out as many mugs as they thought. How can you sell a stock for 1.5-1.7p when it's announced a NAV of 22p the day before, yeah they have debt but seems a decent stock in the making. Target 5p+ | dave4545
13/12/2019 09:39 | an opp now below 2p - | tomboyb
13/12/2019 08:24 | Form a queue, yesterdays quick buck merchants that refuse to hold taking monster losses ! | dave4545
12/12/2019 16:44 | Maybe some publicity will ensue and an outside chance Zak Mir might spot it on the risers board. Even buying at 4p is at a discount of over 80% to the 22p NAV, Business and prospects look to have sharply improved. May take awhile to sink in. | noirua
12/12/2019 16:28 | A few more buys below 2.5p and the bid will be up again - MMs relying on end of day trades = | tomboyb
12/12/2019 16:23 | mm's are funny All sells they do nothing, people have started buying again they slice the bid Shake time | dave4545
12/12/2019 14:29 | 2.1-2.6p Plenty of buys on the dip, somebody sold 146k at 2.31p to help out the mm's again | dave4545
12/12/2019 14:14 | Not a huge amount of stock available at these levels - Nor have there been historically - | tomboyb
12/12/2019 14:13 | ii have just sent a message to say they are now allowing trades in IIP - failed to spot it under my messages earlier. | noirua
12/12/2019 14:03 | Looks like they will always keep a wide spread. Early buyers taking a nice safe profit of 0.8p nice for them 2.05-2.585p spread | dave4545
12/12/2019 13:58 | MMs are rightly very nervous on this one but appear to have gone short of stock or maybe they held a lot already, difficult to be certain. IIP now seem to be in a more positive situation with a rising NAV. So a discount around 35% seems fair with unquoted investments or at least in the 35% to 50% range. | noirua |
