If everything is honest and fair then IIP shares are very cheap indeed. However, the complexity of this loan structure makes matters obscure. The tie up of directors in the loan structure and their expensive nature raises uncertainties.

Announcement today does show progression at DLI. No idea what the share price should be but looks a good price today to hold at in hope it all works out in the end.

The Indian Rupee has strengthened reversing the long down trend. Despite the high interest rate on the loan the value of DLI is set to increase raising the NAV.
