TIDMIIP TIDMTTM RNS Number : 4756A Infrastructure India plc 29 September 2020 29 September 2020 Infrastructure India plc ("IIP", the "Company and together with its subsidiaries the "Group") Notice of Results Pre-close Statement Infrastructure India plc, the infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India, provides the following update ahead of release of the Company's final results for the year ended 31 March 2020 in October 2020. Subject to audit, the board of IIP (the "Board") is currently expecting to announce IIP net asset value per ordinary share of approximately GBP0.19 as at 31 March 2020 and gross Group cash resources as at the same date of GBP38.3 million. Movement in the value of the Company's investments as at 31 March 2020 has been driven by favourable changes in the Indian tax regime and a decrease in the yield of benchmark Indian government 10-year bonds, which serves as the risk-free rate in asset valuations. These positive valuation impacts were offset by a weakening of the Indian Rupee against Sterling towards the end of the period and by revisions, as a result of the impact of COVID-19, to business assumptions and completion schedules on both construction and operations at IIP's largest asset, Distribution Logistics Infrastructure Limited ("DLI"). Net asset value as at 31 March 2020 will also reflect the accrual of interest on the Company's debt facilities. Further to the Company's announcement of 17 August 2020, the impact of COVID-19 is continuing to depress Indian markets. Against this backdrop, DLI is making modest progress, with the Private Freight Terminal at DLI's Bangalore facility receiving regulatory approval to commence operations. The timing of these operations is now dependent on when customers are able to complete site inspections and further approvals are required for export-import operations at the site. Works at DLI's Palwal and Chennai terminals remain on hold due to local restrictions while the Nagpur terminal has continued to operate throughout the period, including lockdown. The logistics sector remains very competitive for freight transport, and low volumes will likely persist into 2021 while imports remain static. IIP's small hydro and wind assets are performing as expected in the current climate, with power demand from state offtakers resilient and commercial customers showing gradual recovery in line with industrial activity. The Board looks forward to updating shareholders next month with the release of IIP's final results for the year ended 31 March 2020. Enquiries:

Better than I thought so I've been nibbling a few. Every now and again it spikes and gets chased so will wait patiently for that moment again.

Cannot see it being great. India in a mess. This company has tons of debt so needed all business flowing to generate cash to pay it down. Small punts only.

Bad timing for the company...new logistics distribution centre at the port opened to be shut down for pandemic. Be interesting to hear what if any logistics are still operational. Would be nice to see this rise through double figures

Seems a long time since I sold out between 3.5p and 3.85p. It was a profit that was a longtime arriving. News of any substance is quite rare and the coronavirus and troubles in India are a poor backdrop. Not sure when to reenter because others may sell up and drag it down further.

Last couple of dregs sold out at 1.6p bid having paid over 2.5p for them the week before. 446k buy on nex is biggest buy I've seen for a while but still under £10k The beauty about this stock is at some point the traders will all pile back in when it's near the top of the % leaders board and those who buy when quiet and low prices will again make a handsome profit Still under 2p to buy right now 1.95p for 375k

That's the problem with topinfo/toptradersadvfn, his followers are all day traders, they pile in then pile out sending the price even lower Who would have thought 2p offer again for this stock and one berk has just sold for 1.75p when 1.9p bid !

Getting right in the buy zone again although it seems to have ran out of momentum. As normal these days nobody is nibbling the dips and a persistent seller/s can do a lot of damage when it's hard to sell on small amounts. But when it's next flying everybody will be trying to buy in so why not instead nibble a few from this level and add more on any further dips. 2.2p low recently after the update 4.4p paid high, now 2.8p offer.

Seller giving the opportunity for others to nibble at cheap levels. Lowest it was recently after the Rns was 2.2p, now 2.85p offer yet just what over a week ago they were paying 4p+

I'm not holding shares at the moment as I needed cash before CIHL paid their big dividend. The IIP share price is not as volatile as in August 18 when we had an intra-day high of over 8p and then it quickly fell apart. The chart looks tantalising and may move to challenge 6p. Always difficult to be certain though the discount to NAV remains very high. Good luck however it goes in the short term.

Nice margin for the mm's, people paying over 4.1p and then somebody sells at 3.55p lovely profit. The mm's might even shake it this morning to see how many chasers on Friday they can flush out taking a loss. Now if everybody holds firm you could see 5p+ this month

Been constant nibbles and now it's NT to buy again. Chart looks nice if it can break 4p this time
