MrScruff, they are still pending after the Southwark second drill, Q4'22 Goddard and Q1'23 Kelham.

aixo82....The reason LOG has been mentioned is the fact that LOG Administrators last sold on 8th April by 1% reducing to 27%. I seem to remember someone had heard from management (AGM?) that they were selling to cash in their fees. I don't believe this is a full blown sell off by them but they will certainly sell as and when required to pay for their fees. At present the main seller is indeed confirmed as Lombard Odier who appear to be relentless and still with a substantial holding.

CER is not an operator of assets. CER has an ongoing JV with IOG that, with increasing production, there is zero risk of breaking apart. It is impossible they do another placement with an operative income of >£200,000/day

Where are we with The Goddard appraisal and The Kelham North/Central appraisal? Are those done?

Who says LOG is selling? They must report any sale and there is no TR-1. Do not confuse Lombard Odier with London Oil and Gas

As I've said (ad infinitum, lol) before - I really don't think CE want to operate - if they did - surely they would have "pounced" before?
Great news if they did of course as they'd have to pay around 44p ish?
But surely IOG can effectively veto any takeover with the respective equity / options they hold?
Don't know for sure and cannae be bothered to see the respective percentages - so may be someone else want to verify?
All IMHO and DYOR.

Who knows - have you tried dummy selling - the "limit" seems to be around late 500k? To be honest I got bored trying!

Well if someone is mopping them up DH, which I also believe is the case, we surely should have had a TE1 by now?

I wouldn't panic guys - I can still (dummy) sell over 500k shares - methinks someone, somewhere wants 'em!
LOL.

....in the meantime to compaound our misery Lombard Odier, who also had a large holding (13% at last RNS) are also selling down but we don't know their full intentions.

It relates to London Oil and Gas who were involved in the funding process a while back and have since gone into administration but who now hold a significant number of shares in the company. The administrators have been enjoying a free ride by selling along the way to pay for their "fees" and show no signs of letting this cash cow go anytime soon.

I need a favour, does anyone keep a copy of the CPRs for Elgood or Vulcan Satellites (now Southwark, Elland and Nailsworth)? I found the Blythe's one, and I have asked the company for the others, but they say that the data in the CPRs is outdated.

Well unless LOG Administrators decide to get some extra cash for their bonuses and a celebration party we may just see an end to the 20's

I seriously doubt there has been any shorting here recently guy fawkes. It looks to me like the conventional sell the news activity on first gas, in to the first gas buying pop. Then there were some minor short term difficulties that simply scared marginal buyers and encouraged panic selling.
