12/7/2022 07:33 | Good point, let's hope so! | bountyhunter
12/7/2022 07:31 | Maybe they will come for us after SQZ falls through? | dunderheed
12/7/2022 07:30 | A bit opportunistic and low ball from Kistos. I'm expecting a strong rebuttal from SQZ when they have had time to write the RNS! | bountyhunter
12/7/2022 07:27 | Well it looks like Kistos Sqz had bigger things to procure than us, lol! | dunderheed
11/7/2022 22:55 | hpcg....I am neither winging or whinging about the share price and I do believe with over 20 years in the markets I can certainly comprehend that there are indeed buys and sells every day. My point was made to try and gain some thoughts and opinion from fellow posters on this well informed forum. Your view was that "I welcome the activity in the market rather than a secondary as it will produce a more distributed shareholder base and more liquidity in the medium term". While I don't agree with that point of view given the prolonged length of time this has been going on I nevertheless respect it. Your contributions here are well received and you clearly understand this company in depth. There is a mix of experienced and new investors here but none that I am aware who are posting aggravated nonsenses. That post and some similar high handed comments can put our new investors off posting completely which would be a real shame. | marvelman
11/7/2022 21:06 | hpcg. Each to his own. I have been doing this for 30 years with a good deal of success. | maxidi
11/7/2022 15:43 | I really don't understand why Lombard (presumably still selling) could not have found a buyer off market rather than this constant selling in the open market. | marvelman
11/7/2022 13:13 | No windfall tax on the Electricity companies, windfall taxation seems to be yesterday's news now so the sunset clause should be the end of it on gas production if not sooner. | bountyhunter
11/7/2022 13:08 | This is our effort from Spain to help investors discover the hidden value in IOG: It will be public tomorrow. | alxo82
11/7/2022 11:50 | Wish they would go away. They're a bloody nuisance. | maxidi
11/7/2022 11:48 | Yes, it would seem likely Lombard are still at it | marvelman
11/7/2022 11:25 | Going upside down today some big sells gone through I think. | maxidi
11/7/2022 08:40 | Should be 55p before end of summer All others flying PMG today | 1senn
11/7/2022 08:00 | Just 10% to my break even of 36p now :) | bountyhunter
11/7/2022 07:59 | Closed above the 200DMA last week. Stay above and Major rerate is in the pipe as production would suggest. | tidy 2
09/7/2022 20:26 | Yes that's what's happening already imv, exaggerated by the pandemic of course. Just need to switch to "green" companies at the right point whenever that may be, not yet though with the prospect of record oil and gas prices looming again this winter. | bountyhunter
09/7/2022 16:00 | It's a tricky transition though. The Shells, Bp's and Totals of this world are scaling back investment in large scale E&P projects as they know in 10 yrs time (if not sooner) demand for oil and gas may be in decline. Given it take 5 to 8 yrs for a mega-project to get up to speed, then a further 5 yrs, 10 yrs or whatever before payback, you can understand why. Result: you may get an oil and gas supply deficit and even higher prices during the transition before an eventual oil price crash. | xxnjr
09/7/2022 12:49 | True, but consumers need to be weened off high carbon energy so ultimately high oil and gas prices should accelerate renewables and help save the planet :) Not all will agree with that view I know and it will take a few years with the order of demise being coal & oil before natural gas. | bountyhunter
09/7/2022 12:29 | Yes but a great story for us investors - not so good for consumers unfortunately! | dunderheed
09/7/2022 12:09 | No problem, it would be nice if it keeps itself updated but that's probably too much to expect! | bountyhunter
09/7/2022 12:04 | Very nice "picture" BH - thanks for putting up! | dunderheed
08/7/2022 15:27 | I really cannot blame Dunder for his cautious approach to buying more in IOG. As a long time cynic of the management here I have only just come over from the darkside view of any real progress. However, the management (greediness aside|) do appear to have overcome some significant obstacles to get us finally motoring. The prospects now can surely be allowed to have a blue sky feel about them and a great relief to us long term holders in particular who have suffered too many "operational updates" before finally arriving at the start of our true destination. | marvelman
08/7/2022 15:15 | By year end over double todays production and future projects to consider. Factor in a PE ratio and spike. Crazy market crazy high gas prices. | tidy 2 |
