Edgar..I confess to being confused,,,but I thought the bond matured in September 2022?

If it is maturing after the bond matures then that is 2024.The bond can be refinanced earlier (late 2022 from memory) but that is different to it maturing and falling due for repayment.

What is not clear is the timing of the £11.6 million CLN.

MM this was why I was stating a few months back that LOG need to be in a position to manage that they don't exceed 30% share holdings and felt (admittedly wrongly) they may have been subsequently reducing holdings at higher prices - as they have more "Give aways" a coming!!

All IMHO and DYOR of course.

Anyone noticed these items on the presentation..all relating to LOG. Not sure what is meant by "maturing after bond"

£11.6 million Convertible Loan Note Instrument
− Convertible into 60,872,631 ordinary shares (19p)
− Unsecured and maturing after bond
− Non-interest bearing
− Held by LOG (in Administration)

20,000,000 LOG warrants are subject to a strike price of 32.18p and a maturity date of 31 August 2023

Edit The last paragraph is in tiny print below the previous items

Can't see a sell this morning. Looks extremely positive. Just need 32 to break.

Fair enough hpcg - but it is the past capital structure that dictates the price today - I do not expect true value to be reflected until that "washes through".

Dunderhead - I haven't noticed the opportunity cost because I have been holding a matter of weeks and have been building my position through that time. I've been able to do that because of sellers like LO. If the business is performing well then sellers will wash through the system rapidly, even those with large. I know for a fact that there will be sellers here tomorrow, the day after, indeed every trading day. Rather than concern myself with that I'll worry about how the business is performing, and likely to preform relative to how much I can buy it for.

hpcg 1453 - I care because it creates a drag on the share price and hence my wealth and I never really like to see LO on the share register (EDIT unless of course I've got in before them and at cheaper prices than they have!) - but that's just my opinion of course!

You may not have noticed - but the opportunity cost of holding this sh*t managed company over the years has been horrendous and I want some of that back and don't like waiting - I've held these shares for at least ten years I'd have thought?
Whilst being significantly in profit here - I could have earned far far more elsewhere because to be quite frank - I couldn't believe how sh*t they were and just thought things had to get better because AH does have some industry respect - however after the sh*tstorm that has happened here I do ask myself why that is?
I had incredible misgivings about Fiona and should have just gone with my head when she turned up and sold up. That for me was one of the most major mistakes of BoD!!

All IMHO and DYOR.

Don't forget the Lombard Odier position is discretionary on behalf of underlying investors so they will be managed completely differently to their own risk capital. Indeed it is quite possible that one of the customers is pulling their money out of the market in whole or in part, or perhaps LO have performed poorly and they are losing mandates. Their could be any number of reasons for them reducing. Frankly who cares?

Although note that elephant is the reason we are able to buy at this level. Buy your tickets for the ride and tuck them firmly in the back pocket. Production is impressive and come year end will have doubled minimum.

1449 don't disagree which was why I said "pleasantly surprised".

I think we will have a persistent seller from Lombard - due to the earlier "mates give aways" however hopefully this will speed up an offer - before Q3 which would be nice as well.
This is why they are trying to "upsell" company now - as they can see their respective gravy train pulling away - however all the give away options still sicken me!

All IMHO and DYOR of course.

The elephant in the room now is whether Lombard are still intent on selling down further in the immediate future

"Who thought Oh F me when they saw an update RNS this morning?"...quite a few of us I would think DH given the odds of recent RNS's...but surely now we have much to look forward to without having the nagging doubts about flow rates.

I think it is moving towards 40p now AM?!
How long it will take is another question but hopefully quite quickly!!

Who thought Oh F me when they saw an update RNS this morning?!
I had a sinking heart but got to admit am very pleasantly surprised!
It always happens when I have a "lie-in"!

Bearing in mind all my dummy sells last week where I could easily sell around 500k - a little disappointed to find you can only really sell about 100k maximum at 31.5p when mid price 32p as last week you could easily sell above mid.

Either way not concerned - just mentioning in passing.
Best of luck all!
