08/7/2022 14:17 | I'll happily sell all my position at 1£ | alxo82
08/7/2022 13:17 | Yes I did tidy ;) This should go much higher as long as there's no negative newsflow and we are not acquired first. | bountyhunter
08/7/2022 13:08 | Surely you say that in jest. Valued today at circa 9 months production | tidy 2
08/7/2022 13:02 | Dh, my guess is that the share price will plateau at 36p as that's my break even price, given that I foolishly topped up on first gas! | bountyhunter
08/7/2022 12:16 | Dunderheed, analysts and managers need time to introduce the increased gas prices into their models. This sunday there will be a new video in English explining IOG's investment thesis, trying to help the share price to reflect the value. | alxo82
08/7/2022 12:02 | Well the market is forward looking and disregarding this fact iog is already very cheap. Forward looking we have gas skyrocketing for years to come and production is due to more than double before the year is out. I would hazard a guess/suggest a median of £5 share price for now. | tidy 2
08/7/2022 10:53 | It does look like it's a coiled spring to go up a bit IMHO however I'm such a tight B'stard I'm waiting to see if it'll drop a little over the next couple of days? Any suggestions which way we think it will go - just for a bit if fun and whilst there's f all else to do - I'm only looking at buying a few as well! | dunderheed
07/7/2022 16:49 | From the PMG thread | bountyhunter
07/7/2022 14:24 | The Government has made several amendments to the Energy Profits Levy such as including capital expenditure on electrification linked to fossil fuels in its investment allowance. It has also decided to exclude petroleum revenue tax rebates from the levy, and confirmed the sunset clause will not be extended beyond December 2025. This follows extensive talks between Downing Street and leading energy bodies including Offshore Energies UK (OEUK). | bountyhunter
07/7/2022 12:54 | July 7, 2022 GAS Day Ahead - 220.10p/th Year Ahead - 398.43p/th Front Quarter - 449.40p/th Front Month - 300.10p/th | bountyhunter
07/7/2022 12:47 | Some of them should have been given an incentive to leave at times lol! I've not forgotten how they loaded up on low priced options more than once either but if they can get Southwark online as per the (latest) schedule that will go some way towards improving their corporate reputations. We should know when that is imminent from the timing of the next share option handouts! | bountyhunter
07/7/2022 12:26 | alxo82 - I don't dispute that at all - but whilst they are "operating" these - IOG management have inputs to their processes and procedures being part owners. My gripe with them isn't actually anything to do with that anyway - it was the Southwark drilling debacle and the fluids management at Bacton (plus many many other f ups - starting with BS structure going way way back) however as above I am willing to give them some slack now and think there is a good 50% upside at this price to end of year and whilst already quite a large holder may look to purchase more over the ensuing weeks - months ahead? Even if it makes me f'ing angry at their giveaway (incentive to stay??!!) "LTIPs" - because there are so so many E&P jobs going at the moment in UK!! All IMHO and DYOR!! | dunderheed
07/7/2022 12:18 | Dunderheed, ODE is the one operating the platforms and pipeline, not the management. Remember that. | alxo82
07/7/2022 12:07 | Yes was wondering that as well? Seems positive from today's share price reaction but that could simply be because these are starting to look like one of the best buys in E&P sector this year regardless of "PR"? Never thought I'd have "heard" myself saying that lol!! Assuming no more "management" "F ups" - this has got to end the year 50% higher than where it is now - which considering the mess the world is in aint too bad?! All IMHO and DYOR of course!! | dunderheed
07/7/2022 12:05 | tidy 2, that's next month's gas price, IOG (as it is unhedge) only uses the day ahead price, which today is at ~170p/th. | alxo82
07/7/2022 12:03 | Any insight on yesterday's presentation? | alxo82
07/7/2022 11:26 | U.K. gas 320p/therm live | tidy 2
07/7/2022 08:42 | The Peel Hunt presentation link on LSE - don't know if it has been on here previously did come across very well and good to see them actually referring to potential cash numbers going ahead? This does seem to be a great buy at this price, IMHO. I may have to bring my average price up (again!) soon? Best of luck all. | dunderheed
07/7/2022 08:24 | Not me as on holiday :(https://www.energy | itsriskythat
07/7/2022 08:17 | Did anyone go to / watch the presentation yesterday? Just wondering about any informal feed-back? | dunderheed
06/7/2022 14:11 | Yes stating gross was fine but imho they should have clarified that only 15% was attributable to PMG for those reading the RNS who may not have already known that. | bountyhunter
06/7/2022 13:45 | Hopefully the presentation tonight will re-start the upward trajectory? | dunderheed
06/7/2022 12:56 | Yes true bountyhunter and its valued at £56m compared to our £165m madness really . | wskill
06/7/2022 12:52 | BH don't think the RNS was at all mis-leading - it clearly stated gross production of 3,750 boe/d? Just my opinion like... | dunderheed |
