29/5/2013 07:30 | So EBITDA was £16.7m last year and to be no less than £18m this year. Anybody any idea what this is likely to mean in terms of adjusted PBT and EPS? Last year's FY results stated "Profit before tax £6.9m (2011: £5.6m) Adjusted EPS* increased 55% to 3.83p (2011: 2.47p), Basic EPS 1.94p (2011: 1.31p)" Thank you, Martin | shanklin

28/5/2013 11:57 | I have followed these for years and made some nice money, although sold too soon last time. I hope im wrong but something does not seem right here. My view's on aaz and cnr were both fatalistic as i have lost plenty there at the moment ! but am still holding as i'm hoping much is because of the poor sentiment towards gold miners. No offence taken | jeanesy2
28/5/2013 11:46 | Well you had a pretty bleak view last week with AAZ and CNR, both doing very well I see,,,,,,,,,so let's hope your posting will do the same for IDOX :-)no offence intended ! | cheshire man
28/5/2013 11:22 | But will the news be good ?, i'm not too sure myself. | jeanesy2
28/5/2013 11:21 | Think there was a trading statement this time last year,,,,,,,the share price could do with some good news ! | cheshire man
27/5/2013 18:13 | Totally fallacious Forecast is for £21 EBITDA take off say £7 - 8m for divi, interest and scheduled loan repayment Debt does not need accelerated repayment | phillis
27/5/2013 13:44 | looks to me like generating about 10M (updated from 7M) of free cash after tax...if exclude difference in payables/receivables and around 30 M of negative tangible assets (updated from "21M debt") so 3 years of the same cash generation in order to bring negative tang. assets up to 0.... generating 10M cash...and cap. value around 164M... P/E just over 16 relative to free cash generated... while having negative nett tangible assets... so, has an element of risk imo (such as the integration of acquisition going badly) due to the combination of debt and its P/E so....fully priced imo...so not for me....better stuff out there imo... hence the chart coming off the peak price..imo...while long term holders may not care and not try to get in or out as the price goes up and down over the years (long term trend has definitely been up)... | smithie6
25/5/2013 09:41 | the selling continues- worrying sign ? | jeanesy2

12/5/2013 18:22 | I believe the market forecasts (TWO!) to average something like £67m rev and £21m EBITDA If the BOD are comfortable with these numbers that sounds like a forecast to me | phillis

05/5/2013 17:17 | "at the AGM they apparently said they they were comfortable with market forecasts (whatever they are)" that London markets allow dirs. to say "market forecasts" in a "NEWS" release but not say what they are or what they believe them to be.... is a farce and one day, London markets need to be regulated to prohibit this.... and to give an actual range for things like profit or turnover....as per USA listed companies. but London markets are an old boys club owned by the brokers....so unlikely to change any day soon | smithie6
30/4/2013 16:18 | 2.9m worth of sahres went through at 48.5. Can't tell whether it was a buy or sell (spread was 48.25 - 48.75). There was a trading statement 29th May last year. I expect there will be another at a similar time this year. | rp19
