I checked and the time is the same as the last three Agms so I guess shareholders should have raised it as an issue before now if they wanted an 11am start. It could be worse and at least it is Central London so accessible for most by 10am even if only just outside rush hour

One glance at the 2 year graph says it all really, quite a wonderful share to own and hold.

Large buyer looking for stock by the looks of it, and base for next push North is forming.

All looking VERY rosy in the garden.

For every seller especially if institutional there is usually a buyer lined up or just needing to notify at some stage that they have increased as MMs do not hold high levels of stock on their books.

Well we have our answer...ISIS have gone from a 7.5% holding to 5% by selling 8.7 million shares. As I said in earlier post, sensible top-slicing from a fund manager sitting on multi-year profits after an incredible run for IDOX. What encourages me is that despite that sale we're still only slightly off the all-time high.

Idox divis are de minimis compared with the capital profits the VCTs are sitting on

IDOX does pay a dividend so they can utilise that too.

A lot of holders are VCTs

They need to make regular (profitable)disposals in order to pay dividends

I'm really not surprised by the large sells...most of those institutions will be sitting on some serious multi-year profits, and it makes sense to top-slice and lock in some of that profit. The great thing is that there seem to be plenty of buyers waiting in the wings for a pull-back so that they can either top-up or open new positions, so the retraces never seem to go far or last very long.

On the last pullback liontrust actually ADDED, despite the transactions listed as sells. I think this is tree shaking, but we will undoubtably get an RNS come Monday AM.

I was just about to ask the same question, over 10 million sold...whoever sold that amount if it was from the same holding then it would be a large position sold...

Idox being taken out is one option, although I don't think management would let the company go cheaply. My preference would be continuing, consistent growth, mostly organic but with bolt-on acquisitions as and when they find attractively valued businesses & perhaps a move to the main market in due course. I've said on this thread before that I could see Idox making it into the FTSE350 on a 5-7 year timescale.
