30/11/2012 16:49 | Aye Dave, perhaps I should have waited!!?? | rathlindri
30/11/2012 16:45 | Always Shenanigans in the closing auction with IDOX. Good week tho. | bigbigdave
30/11/2012 10:16 | Nice end to November here by the looks of it, it's been quite a month..! Topped up here today (should have done yesterday on the little dip), hoping for positive reaction to results due shortly | rathlindri
29/11/2012 16:54 | RP19 - Better in my view - only for the long term again as this was. See latest news re: ARM. Still DYOR. | clocktower
28/11/2012 21:20 | I hold here...good share to have. Off topic, my best is AIE. DYOR...IMO Good luck all! | rathlindri
28/11/2012 20:41 | RP19 28 Nov'12 - 19:57 - 2196 of 2196 0 0 I've noticed QPP, 500% growth in 12 months, not sure if I have missed the boat. Remember the maxim "It's never too late to buy : it's never too late to sell". The key thing to me is always what will the price do in the time scale which I should ideally like to hold it. I hold QPP and, if I didn't, would have no major worries about buying now that the trend I bought is being confirmed. | bluebelle
28/11/2012 19:57 | Thanks Clocktower - I need to do some research into it. Currently loss making I see. I note that LPA and Dialight are in the LED industry and have offered very good growth. Does PSL have similarities to these companies? Thanks Alphabeta - I've noticed QPP, 500% growth in 12 months, not sure if I have missed the boat. Back to IDOX, another great day, good to see more posters coming on board. | rp19
28/11/2012 18:18 | Davidosh - perhaps...anyone's guess what can happen over 7 years... but I get the feeling this management team is capable of holding off any boarders for quite some time and any rerating gives them greater currency for further acquisitions. Imo this is one of the few IT companies out there that actually adds value by acquisition instead of destroying it. I think I'd rather have Idox management running HP instead of the other way around. | lignum
28/11/2012 17:25 | RP19 if you like growth QPP could be quite interesting IMO. | alphabeta4
28/11/2012 16:50 | RP19 - you may want to take a good look at PSL as a long term play imo. | clocktower
28/11/2012 16:46 | Not another set to go cheaply I hope. | greenroom78
28/11/2012 14:43 | Wouldnt be at all surprised davidosh. As i said in an earlier post i do now believe that IDOX is 'in play' after BT's recent takeover of TIK. | cfro
28/11/2012 14:33 | Lignum....One thing I am sure of is that IDOX will not be around as an independent company in seven years time. The growth and performance probably means the big boys are already looking at it closely and when some of them are valued so highly their paper can look attractive to doing a deal for a small company. Just my thought on where it will end... | davidosh
28/11/2012 12:41 | Any names for these other gems out there? | rp19
28/11/2012 12:15 | Clocktower - well done on setting up the thread - I've been holding since 2005 and currently see no reason why I shouldn't hold for another 7 years. In my experience it's far more annoying to sell a share you believe in and then see it double than to hold onto it and see it halve. This won't halve. | lignum
28/11/2012 12:00 | Delighted to see you are all still doing well out of this, I should have taken a longer view than I did looking back at when I started this thread in 2005. Still, it is a pleasure seeing others reaping the rewards of what has become a well run company. Long may it continue but I would suggest you too might consider leaving a profit for another investor and take some profits, as there are other gems out there if you take a long term view imo. | clocktower
28/11/2012 11:08 | Solid buying here. Rerating perhaps? | lignum
27/11/2012 19:29 | Gr78, okay, I'm breaking almost 12mths of near silence to say yes I agree, what a great little company this is! :-) It's a "sleeper"...and worth holding on to, wish I'd bought more! YeeeHaaa??? | rathlindri
27/11/2012 18:31 | Ahem................ 'WOOHOOOOOOOO!' | bigbigdave
27/11/2012 18:13 | I'll tell you what i will say...this is one of those rare 'dream' shares that just keeps rising and rising. A joy to hold. | cfro
27/11/2012 17:38 | Phillis - I know, not a lot you can say. Held since 18p and added at 28p and 38p but still only a small part of my PF unfortunately. No complaints though. (Woohoo!) | greenroom78
27/11/2012 17:37 | Greenroom I agree with Phillis. Haven't been in for quite that long but, as he asks rhetorically, what is there to say ? !!! | bluebelle
27/11/2012 17:25 | green I have been a holder since 10/11p what is there to say with a long term hold like this? | phillis
27/11/2012 17:21 | Have to say 50p was/is my short term target, as an outsider it looked like there was significant resistance at 40p that had held back the price being a true reflection of the value so the breakout gave me what I neededto jump in. Great share though, might just keep anyway as like holding growth companies as my main long term investments. | alphabeta4
27/11/2012 17:18 | Looks like a corker of a breakout greeny on a low P/E aswel. Well done. | mechanical trader |
