25/6/2013 09:34 | Very over valued given the continuing and disappointed results. It's the European markets that will damage further revenue generation in the second half.IDOX remain challenged for the oming year ans present valuation is very toppy.SELL. | quilarvium
19/6/2013 09:35 | Overvalued at present. | blueball

13/6/2013 11:40 | Not much stock available here....Level 2 showing a total of only 171k on the ask - against BUY orders on the bid of 434k (!) f | fillipe
13/6/2013 11:26 | wow ! really moving in last hour (personally the rise over last hour...with almost no volume..for a co. with cap. value over 100M.....hmmmmm) | smithie6
12/6/2013 12:01 | Investec retains Buy with 58p target | aishah
11/6/2013 14:25 | Level2 looking strong for IDOX on what's generally a bad day for the market. As I type....244k v 184k. Best bid/ask is 38 v 38.25p....with 38.6p recently paid. Anyone wanting real quantity will be looking at 39p to buy. May 29th, Investec and Finncap tp's for IDOX 58/59p. IDOX new to me at their recent 35.8p, so looks a good start. f | fillipe
10/6/2013 15:32 | "added back shares that I sold for 50p at 36p now" nice one !...14p/share benefit....a few years worth of divis ! | smithie6
10/6/2013 14:43 | I've also just added back shares that I sold for 50p at 36p now. Looks a very reasonable price, based on current forecasts, to me. | marben100
06/6/2013 12:39 | Some chunky buys today. | rp19
04/6/2013 17:16 | Better to wait imo PR19, no advice intended but as I see it they would not have issued the statement if all the roses were blomming. | clocktower
04/6/2013 15:03 | They haven't updated their website then. I agree that long term this company will continue grow and feel that we'll be back to 50p if the FY results hover around the £20 million mark. This company has very little debt but has invested wisely so the growth should continue. | reidy125
04/6/2013 10:14 | At the foot of their recent Trading Statement is states: "The Group expects to announce interim results for the 6 months to 30 April 2013 on 25 June 2013". Despite the recent disappointing announcement I'm still quite positive on the company, certainly in the long term. However, short term I can see some more share price drift. When they release the results on the 25th (which isn't that far off) they are going to have to offer some sort of outlook statement and it will be very interesting to see what they say. Still debating whether to add at this level or wait until after the 25th. | rp19
04/6/2013 09:37 | I thought interim was due in July RP, where did you see 25th June? | reidy125
03/6/2013 07:44 | closed period for 2 months ahead of announcement I think | phillis
02/6/2013 20:54 | Given that the interims are to be Tue 25 June, could directors buy shares now if they so wished? Or would they be in a closed period? | rp19
31/5/2013 12:18 | and another increase somebody must have sold | phillis
30/5/2013 18:20 | averaging down is not a policy followed by many Instis they don't move from being strong supporters to sellers overnight just like that unless something cataclysmic happens they are - in my experience - keen to understand what is happening in a business before jumping in with a sell order this is the action of a long term holder who can't believe his luck! and I did a little top up after top slicing around 58p | phillis
30/5/2013 17:09 | Or Liontrut just trying to support the price......or protect their position.....or average down. Hardly a vast trade ( 1m shares) when volume today was 17 million.... Though I suppose more positive than negative. On a profit warning a good Nomad will get their client around every single big shareholder that morning, to placate, calm down, explain and stop from selling. They get a much better picture of the underlying issues than we punters do. Let us hope Liontrust was suitably reassured...... | graham1ty
30/5/2013 15:30 | LionTrust seem happy enough | phillis
30/5/2013 11:22 | Review of profit warning as shares down sharply http://www.shareprop | phoenix1234
30/5/2013 08:45 | Sad. All that ground gained over months lost in so short a time. It's a good company though. Time for management to secure a trade sale at 60p and let others invest their money elsewhere ? | tell it as it is |
