Nope. A dead cat bounce is when a company releases bad news, the shares dive and bottom fishers try to pick up bargains and some people think the news is not that bad so start buying at the lows.

No bad news has been issued here. EGHOS can't shift any shares at the moment because there are insufficient buyers in the 2s and 3s . So they have to decide their next move.

1. Do they dump more shares dropping the price into the 1s so attracting more bargain hunters.

2. Do they stand back and allow the few buys going through to raise the price before they start dumping again.

3. Do they get onto ICON and say - "look this isn't working any longer. If we are to recuperate our outlay and you need more finance then you are going to have to release some positive news."

The CVA has been sanctioned by the High Court so you can't call an EGM to override it.

Nothing can be done now you just have to wait until they wipe you out completely or sell at a 95% loss. The only saving grace is if they release any positive news before the prospectus. If you're buying down here you may get a return on your investment otherwise any RTO/consolidation is merely a process to start the fleecing again from a higher share price level.

Because the share price is so low any drop is a double digit percentage loss. This is what a death spiral looks like in all its full glory.

Which group is this. Its because there is no group just individual PIs looking for a ten bagger as to why they can get away with this type of behaviour.

Someone who bought for the first time yesterday at 0.0025p is not aware there is anything wrong and has no idea why you would want to call an EGM.
