endeavor2 - If my aim is to get in cheaper then you have to accept that I have been successful. From 0.016p to 0.0035p in two months.

However people who deramp to get in cheap have to turn positive at some point or they end up deramping their own stock.

With this logic in mind I can only still be deramping for two reasons. Firstly I hope to get in cheaper than 0.0035p or secondly I genuinely belief this is a scam.

The shares could be suspended tomorrow if the interims are not out so if I haven't bought in cheaper yet I may not get the chance.

He is only using the term suspect because he has been exposed as a liar and now needs to qualify what he says. Unlike his previous comments such as below.

Dr_Calvin 24 Feb 2023 11:30 - "RNS on company progress will be available this coming Tuesday."

How does he know on a Friday a progress RNS will be available the following Tuesday. When only a change of registered office and voting rights RNS's appeared on Tuesday morning he then posted the below.

Dr_Calvin - 28 Feb 2023 11:18 - "Another RNS is on the way today."

Needless to say there was no RNS progress update on Tuesday 28th February 2023. A month later there is still none.

OA - Dr_C is a charlatan, pretending to have links to the board when he has none whatsoever. As for an 'update as soon as possible' well that has to be today/tomorrow or the shares should be suspended as the interims to 31/12/2022 are due.

FROM THE LSE BB.--I have recommended to the board to provide an update as soon as possible to bring some clarity on progress made since the last company update last month. I suspect the delay is due to the fact that the prospectus needs to reflect the new business structure and strategy (prior to FCA approval), which obviously depends on finalising an acquisition.

If I don't hear back by the end of the week then I will be back in touch with next steps.

From the board's point of view, they have already confirmed their plan to acquire and grow our new businesses quickly and have asked for some patience while they identify the best targets to add shareholder value. Therefore each day without news represents a stronger overall plan with less risk and more shareholder value. Silence does not mean negligence, based on their track record, it is more likely the board is prioritising due diligence over a repetitive RNS.

Zen12 - Furthermore if ICON is to have access to the £3 million facility they cannot release news that would force EGHOS to compete for buyers with PIs or they can't recoup their outlay to ICON. This is also why whenever there is a death spiral in place there is a vacuum of positive news.

Zen12 - This is why its called a death spiral. Whatever price you buy at sets off alarm bells at EGHOS.

If you're buying now at 0.0039p it means you can sell for profit at 0.0042p. This is competition EGHOS cannot afford if the death spiral is to work. You must not be in a position to compete with EHGOS for buyers of your stock or the whole £3 million finance facility collapses.

It's funny when you think back, on re-listing and all words of wisdom by Brad on relist thought:1 was bottom then 0.8 then0.65 then0.55 then 0.500.45 then0.4 then0.35...and so on. It's never ending or should say death by a thousand cuts!

OA - The 250m is EGHOS its only £9.75k. The number looks big because of the low share price. EGHOS can afford to spend £9.75K to put a bit of blue and confidence in the stock. They will be selling that 250m back into the market if not later today then certainly tomorrow. The scam only works if they can keep PIs looking for bargains on board. Sometimes they have to spend a little money here and there to protect their billion plus share sales.

Zen12 - It could be EGHOS suspect suspension will come on Monday as a result of no interims so dumping as much as they can. But also the lower the share price the more shares have to be sold to raise the same amount of money. However this also means mug PIs can buy more shares for the same amount of money.

But as I repeat don't be fooled by any blue recovery. Its to trick PIs into thinking the bottom has been hit.
