Last year I had a number of stocks that were going nowhere, in fact they're down 50-90%, one morning I just dumped the lot, the day after another stock was suspended (and never came back). Best thing I did, not only was it bad for my wealth it was also affecting my health. Anyway, I'm glad I did as I would've pretty much lost the lot if I didn't sell. Investing is a state of mind more than investment knowledge. That knowledge I learnt 15 years ago but I must confess it's still something I get wrong regularly. Don't look at the share price and look at what money is left and ask yourself, do I want to lose this money.

Katsy - People can't sell for emotional reasons. Its easy to say what you just said when you're not in. For those that are still in its boom or bust but there is no selling at 0.0025p.

If you've still got money in this why don't you just sell up and try to recover it in another stock. No point waiting for the final demise and then moan you've lost the lot. You can always buy back in if anything positive happens.

I'm not even convinced the debt actually existed. Debt to who?. The only legitimate debt I saw was to HMRC and the London Stock Exchange. 90% of the debt was to the people that were involved in the demise of the company in the first place, EHGOS and DS.

No. EGHOS has prevented this or the finance ends.

This is what is meant by death spiral. The share price dies if the death spiral is used. The company dies if the death spiral is not used.

Yes it is but when it gets to that level they will need to issue a prospectus to consolidate the shares to raise further finance via EHGOS and the whole dilution process will start again. If not the shares are suspended and that's it.

Already people are buying tens of millions sub 3 thinking they're being clever. Who is selling them shares at 28p?

RNS 31/03/23 - "A final payment of £15,000 is due under the CVA on 28 April 2023 at which time the Company can begin the process of issuing the 1,674,130,609 shares to the unsecured creditors thereby meeting all its obligations under the CVA, and the CVA will then be closed."

As the CVA has been sanctioned by the High Court no extra-curricular activities can take place until the CVA is closed. ICON cannot take on any financial risks like an RTO until they are out of the CVA. On that basis there will be no further restructuring news until the CVA is closed. In the meantime EGHOS is still to convert to recover monies forwarded to ICON as part of the drawdowns.

If nobody is absorbing the sells in particular the last one for 90 million at 31 then I suspect its a buy and the real bid price is already under 3.

Wouldn't class the results as real update as this was really focused on fulfilling AIM rules for June 22 - Dec 22. Prospectus is what I'm expecting in the immediate term. Let's see how this pans out.Brad hopefully is going to show some steal here as a CEO soon...hoping!
