Yes any positive news will send this soaring as PIs like microcap share prices. Two problems at the moment. Firstly the interims need to be out by close of play or the stock should normally be suspended Monday morning. I use the term 'should normally' because they may get an exemption from the FCA due to the fact they have been in administration until November 2022.

The other thing is an RTO/prospectus would also involve a suspension. They might decide to kill two birds with one stone and have the stock suspended Monday pending the interims and a prospectus.

If you're still in this from the date of relisting then there is no point in selling now you might as well sit it out.
