The outstanding amount between now and the end of April to satisfy the CVA is £65K. You are right of course the four directors along with OTT, Livento and Eurodot have the cash to settle the CVA in one go. Its not about the CVA money. Are shareholders really to think they are going to hold up a prospectus to transform the company for the sake of £65k.

In my opinion what they are doing is playing for time. Time for secured creditors to convert their charges over the company into shares.

RNS 31/03/2023 - "Since trading has resumed, EHGOSF has converted £450,000 of Notes under the Financing Facility resulting in the Company issuing a total of 5,701,668,621 new shares to EHGOSF, or 15.24% of the shares issued and outstanding when the Company resumed trading. In addition, the Company has also issued 3,458,946,078 warrants to EHGO."

Prior to suspension/administration there were 37.4 billion shares in issue as of today there are 43.1 billion shares. If EGHOS have converted only £450k into 5.7 billion shares then where are the shares from the remaining £350k worth of subscriptions. If EGHOS are holding £400K worth of shares then where is the corresponding TR1.

RNS 22/03/2023 - "This subscription takes the total subscribed under the Facility to £850,000."

The FCA have suspended this stock before because of billions of shares not being accounted for.

endeavor 2 - your moronic comments make the board redundant. I am a long-term holder since pre-administration and want Iconic to succeed as much as anyone, but denying the obvious truth as you are is just plain stupid. PWhite's analysis is accurate, and he has been watching this stock a lot longer than you have(as have I). If you have nothing informed or sensible to say then I suggest you Foxtrot Oscar from this board. Those of us who actually bother to understand what is happening need a space for sensible discussion about the company (wishful thinking, I know).

RNS 31/03/2023 - "On 28 January, the fifth payments due under the CVA were made as scheduled, on 28 February 2023, the sixth payments due under the CVA were made as scheduled, and final payments of GBP65,000 shall be made in April at which time the Company can begin the process of issuing as scheduled. A final payment of GBP15,000 is due under the CVA on 28 April 2023 at which time the Company can begin the process of issuing the 1,674,130,609 shares to the unsecured creditors thereby meeting all its obligations under the CVA, and the CVA will then be closed."

So you have another month of dilutions before you're out of the CVA and they can consider a prospectus.

Best leave these alone until they hit the nominal value of 0.0010p when even I would consider a punt.
